The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

Great place to stay

What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. I would especially like to mention the hosts. In particular

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Compared to other places, this villa was very affordable, offering great value for money. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay in Cyprus.

A lovely spot. Lush beautiful garden and grass area. Super quiet and peaceful. A great place to unwind The property is lovely, clean and has lovely big windows to enjoy the garden view. There are 2 great beach areas within a 3min drive. Great swimming and a nice restaurant with a beach kiosk at each. Not easy to walk to from the property due to narrow roads that don’t have a sidewalk. A small issue with Airconditioning upstairs tripping the fuse. Hopefully they can get it fixed.
