We rented two units for our families during our wedding weekend. The rooftop was excellent for photos. The units are in a great location and makes it fun and easy to walk into town.

We loves our stay! The home is SO cute. And every detail was considered to make the home dog friendly. I love the proactive communication from Jacky to make sure we were taken care of at every turn. This home is the perfect quaint cottage... and feela JUST at home! We loved EVERY minute of our stay. The lake views were also incredible!

This was a sisters getaway..Pam’s beach cottage was such a pleasure!! Very clean and organized..decorated so nice .. Everywhere we wanted to visit was within a few minutes to a couple hours ..very easy driving!! I would recommend Pam’s cottage ..it is a different kind of layout and the bed in the loft you do have to climb a ladder..but we managed all and so glad we did !! Very nice area..I think you will enjoy as we did ..Pam is a really a wonderful host and if anything is needed she always answered!! Highly recommend..thanks again!!!

I have to give this cottage/home a five star rating in all areas. Me and my group were beyond pleased with everything. The home was clean, spacious and very comfortable. All the listed amenities were available. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor area very much as it was winter and very cold out. The grounds were private and very nice. The view of Lake Michigan is spectacular. I would like to return during the warm season to experience the beach and Lake Michigan more. It was fun watching all the deer that came around every day. It was the perfect winter getaway. I would highly recommend this home!

Rich’s place is absolutely perfect for a UP trip! Easy to get to Christmas & Munising, close to great food and activities! Rich is very easy to contact and the house is in a perfect quiet neighborhood. 10/10 would stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed. The house is spread out so everyone had their own space. My husband and I shared the master, my adult son and family had their own apartment basically ( in the tower), teenage boys had the “bunker”, and although my parents couldn’t make it, they would have had their own wing as well. Beautiful surroundings, private… we couldn’t have asked for more on our long weekend away bonding with family.

October 19-22, 2024. We loved staying at your beautiful, clean and comfy cottage! It was the perfect landing spot for our amazing Pictured Rocks Cruise, checking in a bit early to get to the cruise on time was perfect! We enjoyed bopping around the waterfalls and 12 mile beach. We stayed at Penny Cottage for spring break with my 2 and 4 year old. It was perfect. Lots of toys/games for the kids, which they loved. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything we needed for cooking light meals. Although it was cold and snowy while we were there, is it located close to the beach and downtown so in warmer months it would be easily walkable to both!

A Dream Getaway at Britta's Lakefront Cabin! We had the most incredible stay at Britta’s cabin on the lake in the Upper Peninsula! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene setting and breathtaking views of the lake. The cabin itself is beautifully designed and spacious made it feel like a home away from home Britta was an exceptional host—she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Communication was seamless from the start, and she provided us with helpful recommendations. She clearly cares about her guests and has thought of every detail to make the experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a relaxing, picturesque retreat with a perfect balance of nature and comfort, this cabin is the place to be. We’re already planning our next visit and can't wait to return to Britta’s beautiful lakeside escape! Highly recommend!
