Great place to stay! I stayed long-term (about a month) for an internship in the area and the house helped and all its amenities made that an easy transition. Location was great for getting around Sweetwater and the surrounding areas. DeWayne was also a great host, very helpful and proactive with tips, instructions, etc. Only complaint is that the house is on a relatively busy road and you can hear some traffic from inside but I got used to it quickly!

Sunrise Escape was an incredible value for a waterfront home! It was clean and well stocked. The boat dock was large enough for the boat and jet ski. Jenny and "Uncle Roger" were great! Very responsive!

The house was extremely clean and organized. The host left the interior and exterior lights for me, knowing I was coming in late with my children. The house had everything listed in the description. Plus, there was plenty of towels, linens and amenities for each bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked too. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Mary was very helpful and accommodating to our last minute needs when evacuating from hurricane Milton. The house was in great shape and comforting to stay in with my entire family. Thank you so much Mary you’re the best!

This is a beautiful, river home on a quiet road that our family loved. We were a party of six and had ample space. Nine would have been accommodated very well. The property was clean, cozy, modern and well appointed. The views were lovely and the host responsive. We will keep this on our favorites list.

We needed a place to stay so my son and I could do some rafting on the Ocoee river. Robbie’s house was about 30 minutes to High Country Adventures (who I also highly recommend) and put us close enough to mountain activities while also avoiding some of the crowd. Robbie’s place was perfect for a family of 4 and was located within walking distance to a pool and splash pad (pool $4 per person). The house was clean and beds were comfortable and I appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked. Communication was clear and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here and hope to come back and do it all again next year.

Our stay at Courtney's Moonlight Ridge resort was relaxing with a country setting and all the services you might need within just a short distance. Her home was described just the way it is and with great communication we couldn't have found a better place to stay. Courtney and Blake were exceptional hosts and will stay there again if back in the area.

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

Rhonda's place was clean and inviting. It was the perfect place for us while we visited family in town.

Great space! My friend and I loved the fun vibes and comfort that it provided. The host was great, and there were a lot of little things that did not go unnoticed (keurig pods, mints, and water bottles available). She clearly went out of her way to create a positive experience. My favorite part of the stay, however, was the outdoor room! It was so relaxing and the perfect space to hang out.

We loved staying here in the lake. Dog friendly and has friendly dogs! Hilde & Michael are great hosts. Hope to come back to spend time on the water.

We enjoyed the cozy condo very much. We loved sitting on the deck and view of the forest. It is a bit out of town which we really enjoyed but I would recommend bringing any groceries you may need with you.

Christian allowed us to extend our stay 2 times and was very responsive. We had employees there for work ad he was very accommodating with our changing schedule.

Stephen’s place was perfect for us. We had a lot of folks coming in for a work thing. The kitchen and living area was spacious and clean. The coffee maker came in handy. One of the units had a shuffle board, which we enjoyed. But the best part is that every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. It’s almost like AirBNBing a private hotel. But better in every way. We loved it and would stay again for sure.

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The surrounding guests were pleasant and we enjoyed our conversations. The proximity to the Tennessee river was a plus for our fishing excursion. If the opportunity to return arises, we will definitely contact Cali to help us with accommodations. Thank you

Perfect place to stay while traveling for work! Absolutely loved the change in weather! Could not get over how beautiful the leaves were! Very peaceful and quiet place to stay! Highly recommend to go during fall! And a lot of hiking places near by!

Great place to stay! Location was easy to get to and from campus. Loved that a coffee shop was within walking distance! Very comfy beds.
