Large 3 Bedroom retreat with Sauna & Hot Tub!!

We are located in North West Spokane, 10 minutes to Whitworth College, 15 minutes to downtown Spokane & 52 miles to Silverwood. We have 3 bedrooms available, plus an air bed if needed (please let us know if you need the air bed in advance) , also your own 1/2 bath & 3/4 bath with a large sauna. There is a large 70 inch TV with cable, Ping pong table for some extra fun! Board games in the TV cabinet. Plenty of parking available. *This space requires the renter to go up/down a flight of stairs*

Separate entrance to a newly constructed suite. Suburbs out front; hiking in trees and creek out back. Patio area immediately outside. Inside, a king bed, kitchenette (no stove), TV area (You Tube TV, sports and many other options) with two swivel recliners. Bathroom with shower includes washer-dryer. Wi-Fi and coffee/tea and snacks available. Relax in or out. Close to North Spokane: 10 minutes from Whitworth and Green Bluff, 6 minutes from Starbucks, 5 minutes from Costco & 3 from fast food.

Meadowview Glen is attached to a gorgeous farmhouse in a rural setting north of Spokane. The apartment is like a mini farmhouse with all the charm of the main house. Private basement suite near Whitworth University.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. Airbnb has said it’s in Nevada-Lidgerwood area but it’s not! It’s in the Whitworth University neighborhood - much better! New basement bedroom with full bathroom attached and its own sitting room. Tastefully decorated by Janet in nautical style as the “The Anchorage Suite”. Situated right in the prestigious and historic Whitworth University neighborhood, very close to many shops and restaurants on Spokane’s North side. Suitable for adults only.
