Situated in an attractive late 19th Century building in the heart of Madrid. The studio -one room flat with kitchen and bathroom- is part of a house divided in two completely independent. Offering all modern amenities including air conditioner, equiped kitchen, full bathroom and confortable double bed. Wifi, TV, hair dryer, iron, kettle, coffe maker, bed sheets and towels. In summer time there is no laundry service available. Filltered water and all cleaning products used are ecological.

The studio, perfect for 2 people, is located in a 19th century Historic building in the same Puerta del Sol. It has a elevator, doorman and a large outdoor balcony.
