Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Mekong River

What a beautiful and relaxing place. Our 2nd floor room offered everything we wanted: comfortable bed, hot water with good pressure, a well stocked and functional kitchen, and plenty of room for our belongings. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. The yard and pool are standout features as the grounds are lush, green, and well taken care of. The pool is really clean and so refreshing during the hot afternoons. Peaceful and tranquil. Restaurants, coffee shops, night markets close by. Cheata rented us a scooter and we also walked . Angkor Wat easily accessible by a Grab. Cheata and her staff are very communicative, helpful, friendly. The property is nicer than the pictures. Great value and highly recommend.

Five stars for everything. Where to begin? First, the apartment is easy to access and very easy to find in Bangkok. It’s very clean, and everything is exactly as shown in the Airbnb photos. It’s in a building with a pool and a gym, which is a huge plus for this apartment. Then, the cleanliness is perfect. Joey is exceptional. He’s really kind, understanding, always there to help and respond if you need anything. He’s very pleasant to be around. I was really surprised by how accommodating he was. The view from the apartment is amazing at night, and you’re right in the middle of the city center, making it super easy to visit BKK! I have nothing negative to say about this Airbnb gem! I’d definitely return without hesitation!!!

The host is responsive and the facilities are good value for money. The location is T1, so it's inconvenient compared to T2, but it's convenient because there are grocery stores and shopping malls within a 5-minute walk.

Mary’s home is a superb place to stay in Bangkok. Mary and her friends were incredibly gracious and attentive, always ready to answer all our questions with warmth and patience. The place was so cozy and got everything you could need, and the view outside the window is just like in the photo. There are plenty of food options right downstairs, and it’s within walking distance to the EmSphere mall and the BTS station. Definitely recommend to all :)

I feel like i was at Home.

This is a family run business that works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. The landscaping is incredible and they have a kitchen that you can use to make your own food. The daughter is an excellent chef and will cook for you if requested.. There are mopeds for rent , and every day you are asked if you would like your room cleaned and I like that. Do not hesitate to stay here.

The place is clean and next to the sea. The view is beautiful. The house is close to the restaurant. There is some music. If you sleep in the bedroom on the side of the restaurant, just if you're in the living room and the bedroom inside, you can't hear it at all. But overall, it's great for a group of friends. Come and chill. The host is polite and friendly and responsive. The balcony is spacious and suitable for grilling and sitting in the sun.

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

Very spacious clean house that can accommodate a lot of people. The beds and sofa are not very comfortable but other than that we liked the house. Clean pool. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Recommended

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

Nice stay and great host. Price is good as well. But there was one problem, there were a lot of mosquitoes in front of the house and some of them was inside.

We had a great stay! The view from all of the balconies was beautiful and we had easy access to the beach and the pool. We really enjoyed our visit and would come back again.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. The apartment has the perfect starting point to explore Hanoi. It is very central but it is still quiet. Above all, the balcony is a small highlight. Self check in was very good thanks to the clear instructions. We would come back anytime!

The apartment was as shown on the website. It was clean tidy and cute. Its walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Close to restaurants etc. Had a great vibe with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The front door was a little tricky to open and close but no real issue. I suppose it’s one of the best locations in Pattaya, 2 minutes to the beach, wide ranch of facilities. High floor, amazing view

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

Great stay at Crystal Beach. Super Pool and beach. Quiet place, great for small family. Will stay again.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Thao was a super host to us for sure. She was always responsive, accommodating, and super helpful with all the questions I've had during my stay. The place was clean, tidy and close to District 1 and look like the pictures and matched all the descriptions. I highly recommend staying here.
