This place looked just like the photos. Beautiful and private. House itself was very spacious for just us 2. Loved the Google assist! Had a few issues with the grill but the host was super supportive and sent the handy man to help and filled the propane for the inconvenience. The pool and outside was great! Definitely will book again!!! Host was so nice and responsive.

Great place to stay for a peaceful getaway. Really enjoyed the dock! Lots of great areas around to enjoy nature. Hoping to return when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool! Overall a great stay.

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

We arrived from the cold North and were very pleased to relax and enjoy this location. The house is in a lovely neighborhood in a quiet setting, and all photos exactly represented what we found. It was a wonderful place to escape from Winter for a few days. The pool was enjoyable, although the Florida weather was a bit chilly and so was the water when we arrived. As Florida temps rose, the pool felt more comfortable too. Rooms are stunning and decor is so beautiful. I highly recommend this home for a large family looking to relax for a while.

This was a great stay!! Host was very helpful with recommendations on places to eat. I wish we could have stayed longer but we got on a cruise. The house was very clean, the snacks were a nice touch. Will for sure keep this place in mind any time we are in the area in the future!

Our family can barely believe how awesome our vacation in this place was. We did so many things in the area, cocoa beach, Melbourne beach to see a sunset and 5 days in disney world parks. So the location of the house is perfect. The place itself is so quiet and cozy, and it’s much bigger than mike’s photos makes it seem. Very high ceiling helps a lot. The yard is a special place, you can feel that at some point in the past someone was very obsessed with it. So many little details and different kinds of trees. The sunroom is nice too, gets quite hot in a typical july afternoon but it’s perfect in the morning. Mike even allowed us to collect a pineapple and some mangos (they were the best we ever had). Really you can’t go wrong with mike’s place, he is a responsive host and his home is perfect. We were 2 adults with our 3 kids (2,3,6 years old) and we had all the space we needed. I cooked all our meal in the kitchen that has everything one needs.

Comfortable home and great Hosts!

This place was amazing. We have rented a lot of houses on Airbnb and more often then not they don’t really live up to the expectations from description and pictures but this house exceeded them instead. We really value cleanliness and it felt really clean. The kitchen was really fully stocked and no problem using it for several meals a day. There was lots of toys, things for the beach and for the pool, what was different here is that everything was clean tidy and organised, you could really feel that the owner cared about the property and wanted guests to have the best stay possible. We have 3 kids ages 11, 6, 1 and they loved it, and so did me and my wife. I recommend this 100% and thank you to Sara for all help and hospitality

Ali’s place was perfect. lots of space, great price, everything was labeled, she had any and everything you could possibly need in the house. Squeaky clean, very responsive, she left a list of places to eat, things to do I don’t know what else I could have possibly asked for. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place. Booked a long weekend with our best friends. We loved the property and the privacy we had. This place has EVERTHNG!! We book a trip to Sebastian every year and this will be the place we will be coming back to!

For my first time staying at an air bnb I was nervous but once I got there I was amazed. The place was extreme clean I did have an issue with the a/c but it was at no fault of amy and when I mentioned it to her she got right in getting the situation resolved. Property manager came right over and fixed the issue. My son loved the pool and the fact that half the house was all his. Felt right at home. Highly recommend her place. Very Very pleased with the turnout. Once I walked through the door my worries were gone. Thank for Amy for renting us your house.

Happy with our stay. Didn't use most of the amenities as we were not here for vacation, but there looked to be plenty. House was clean and open, accommodating all of us comfortably. Close to lots of things and yet quiet and private. Easy to find and check in. Several family members said they'd be happy to come back. I very much appreciate Andrew's willingness to help us with an unanticipated situation (on our part). Recommend this home and host.

The house was very well stocked and very clean. Neighborhood is quiet/safe and the backyard is incredible. Love how organized (and labeled) everything was! 10/10 would stay here again and/or recommend!

We had an amazing time at this home, the home is exactly as the Airbnb listing. Everything was perfect! Great location for the beach, Sebastian is close too. The kitchen was outstanding for cooking meals and the pantry provides so much room for your grocery supplies. Overall, our experience was nothing short of superb. Our Host Eddie was the best of the best, he paid attention to every single detail of our trip. We will be back next year! Thank you for the beautiful memories we made.

John’s place is a quiet retreat away from the busy areas but close enough to get there in a few minutes. And the three minute walk to the beach is wonderful. The place is clean and John was responsive but not at all overbearing. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it for others.

I can't say enough good things about Sarah's house! We stayed there for 2 months when we first moved to the area, and we immediately felt right at home. The house had everything we needed for a long term stay, plus plenty of room for our family of 4. The whole family loved the sauna and the pool, and I loved the full-size washer and dryer! The location is great - close to the beach, the mall, lots of restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. We recommend Flying Burro for awesome Mexican food! Sarah is an amazing host and was exceptionally responsive to all of questions and requests. Thank you, Sarah, for welcoming us to Melbourne and making our first "home" here so memorable!

This house was nice. The beds were comfy. The kitchen and baths were very well stocked (much better than a normal rental). The pool and spa were nice. Parking was the best we’ve had in this neighborhood because there is a circle drive which helps since we bring a boat.

This house was in a perfect location. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. There are plenty of beach chairs for guests to take to the beach. The house has everything available that you could need. It has lots of room inside and out for 6 adults. If you book this house you won’t be disappointed!

We stayed at Rune’s house the night before our cruise. The location was perfect! Rune was very responsive and gave clear instructions about the house. Would definitely stay again!!
