I'm definitely coming back! I stayed here with my sister, and it's large enough for plenty of privacy, and while still feeling comfortable in the common areas. All the furniture is so cozy, and I especially loved having the washing machine and dryer. It's in a great neighborhood, very centrally located, and easy to get around the city. As well, there's a number of restaurants that are within a 10 minute walk, which I loved. Even though everything is set up automatically, I was able to meet Susie, the host, and she is so warm and friendly. You are in great hands with her!

The place was very spacious and plenty of room for our group plus we were able to invite our friends over with plenty of room and some friendly games of pool. I experienced a couple minor issues and Franck and Sharon responded immediately. My one suggestion based on prior stays at other locations would be having a little notebook about the property making the transition a little easier.

Loved this stay!! Beautifully furnished space, equipped with more than you'll need. This converted attic space somehow comfortably holds a bedroom (w fresh king bed), office, kitchen, living room, dining room, and spacious bath without feeling cramped. And truly spotless! Chris was responsive and kind, a great communicator. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you Chris and Debbie!

Perfect location and walkable distance with on small caveat. I’ll get to that later. The location was great and right around the corner from Beale Street. Catching a Lyft or uber when we went out was between $5-7 to Beale Street. That’s way cheaper than paying for parking. As mentioned the place was great, the only small caveat for me since I’m a light sleeper was the traffic noise since the property is right in downtown area. Other than that it was a nice little spot.

Incredible place to stay! Exceeded our expectations, and we've stayed in a lot of rentals. Beautiful home, well stocked, comfortable beds, great kitchen and seating, everything was great. No complaints for anything. 7 of us met for Thanksgiving week and had a blast! Great memories were made with grandparents and in Memphis. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Absolutely peaceful! Bed was super soft, host responded quickly. Loved the fact that there were laundry pods for use, great amount of utensils for eating, etc. I did have trouble using the elevator but quickly figured out you need to swipe the key fob and then press the floor you are going to, other than that no complaints, I will definitely be booking with Andrew again!!

Beautiful space at Crosstown Concourse. Free parking, lots of eateries , and things to-do without leaving the building. The space was comfy with great amenities. Our host was extremely helpful and proactive with communication.

Great place to stay downtown! Close to a lot! Appreciate the cups, dishes, coffee, and box fan! Street parking was free after 6 and not too expensive before. the roof top of the building is a must see, you could even BBQ up there.

Rory’s place was absolutely perfect for the four of us! There was also an extra room and bed we didn’t use. Beds were super comfy and having two bathrooms was nice. Clean, well laid out, a kitchen with everything we needed in a quiet, safe feeling neighborhood close to lots of fun restaurants and bars. Rory was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended! We’d definitely stay here again.

Haider's home is the perfect place for long or short term stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to stores and restaurants. The University of Memphis is just a few minutes drive. You can also walk to the Arboretum. The house has an amazing kitchen and terrific bathrooms. It is truly a home away from home. Haider was very responsive. He quickly responded to my questions before I arrived. So I had no issues getting into the house or using it.
