Holiday rentals with a pool in Mendiolaza

The description is just as posted. The house is comfortable and cool and is equipped with everything you need. It's very well located. That the river descent is within walking distance is wonderful. There is shade in the river and there is a little ollita just in front of the downhill. The area is very quiet. We had a wonderful few days at La casa del Río.

Everything was excellent!!! Zulma and her husband were very attentive and helpful at all times. The property is spotless! The location is very luxurious. Beautiful days of rest. Ten points everything. We'll definitely be back!

The place is excellent, it has a nice pool although we did not have the opportunity to use it because the weather did not give. The 10-point view, you get up and take a few mates looking at the lake in its entirety. The house with a large living room and never missing space, as observation the WiFi was not excellent but it is understandable for the place where one is

I would definitely come back, it's a place with an amazing view of the lake, a lot of green and the environments were very spacious. Excellent cleanliness, everything you need for cooking, nothing was missing, very tidy and excellent atmosphere. As we were well attended by Graciela upon receiving us it is very valuable.

Both Sofia and Pablo, they treated us super well, and were flexible for both arrival and departure. In our case, we went to be working during our stay and the internet worked great. 100mb speed, no cuts in luck. The pool is quite large, although it needs a bit of care, it is super good to enjoy it. The house is super spacious.

Beautiful spacious place and close to downtown, Cristina very good hosta. Always shared pool since the house is divided and has an apartment to rent, the host lives in the house even if she has her own entrance, this is there and in my opinion, the privacy changes to know that it is there. Highly recommend the place equally close to everything and quiet at the same time!

Guillermina was very nice and approachable with us. The entrance to the house was after 3:00 pm and allowed us to enter at 11, as well as the departure was without a hurry. The beautiful house is exactly as shown in the photos. A beautiful neighborhood with a lot of security. We would definitely come back for La Paz who felt in that place. 15 minutes from Carlos Paz which we could leave every day without a problem.

Facilities: 10 of 10 What we did not like and with all due respect I should be clear was the following: I have never been charged on any other airbnb for requesting an early check in or late check out. However they did and advertised or put a statement that would be like this and the manager was bothered when I claimed it. They must INFORM in their listing that they are going to charge for that

Nazareno was attentive to our requests prior to entry. Great communication , respond instantly. The apartment matches the photos and the pool space and quincho is very nice and practical for recreation. The stay was excellent and Nazareno was very efficient.

We are traveling through a family situation. Maria was attentive and attentive to everything. The dpto is divine, comfortable, modern and super clean. Kitchenware, linens and all first-class. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we should go back to cba. Thank you Maria for everything !

All ten points. Very comfortable apartment, well equipped and in an excellent location. It has a very nice pool on the top floor, with a panoramic view of the Cordobesas mountains and the city of Carlos Paz. We went from Uruguay with a group of friends, Rodoldo provided us with relevant information for the stay and always showed very good availability. I recommend it.

We were on a weekend, the department is as such in the publication. Andera is always attentive to questions. We were able to check out later due to change of flight . Thank you andrea for your flexibility and for the information you gave us! We'll be back

The dpto is impeccable, as is Normi and Jose Mario who were predisposed and with fluid communication from the beginning. The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, you feel at home. That I have a washing machine is a real bonus. The location is great, close to everything. I would definitely go back. 100% recommending it.

The apartment is really very nice, just like the building, and the amenities were spotless. The area is nice and quiet, would definitely return.
