Holiday rentals with beach access in Meredith

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

We truly enjoyed this place. Very clean inside and peaceful surroundings. Looks just like the photos. We would stay here again.

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

This was the perfect place for my family and I, we had 10 guest in total. We comfortably fit in this house without feeling like we were on top of each other. The hosts were wonderful and had very fast response to my messages and questions!

Amazing place! Perfect for unplugging, full of all the creature comforts you might ask for. Definitely coming back!

Tammi is an amazing host. We had back to back snow storms and she was there to communicate with me on what to do for the plow man and what was expected from us to keep the place maintained. The only thing if anything that would have been helpful to us only cause we had a lot of fishing gear in the snow storms would to have more room in the garage but we made do. I will be rebooking for the same weekend next year. If we are allowed 😜

We stayed in the winter so we ran into some initial issues battling the cold. Luckily the groundskeepers live nearby, so they were able to help us get heat by the second day, and we got the hot tub working by the third day. Seems like it would be a fantastic summer location. Very effective water heater, clean showers, lots of towels, I think 3 or 4 TVs around the house, lots of dishes, and nice new washer and dryer in the basement. No spooky mystery rooms - big plus haha. Hot tub large enough for 7 people and the oven plays a fun little song when it pre-heats.

Had a peaceful weekend relaxing by Locke Lake. The home was very clean, with comfy beds! Darryl was very responsive to a few questions that came up during my stay. The only bummer was the gas fireplace not working well. Great place, great host!!

We had a wonderful time at this home . Excellent view of the lake and the beach in a little cove is fantastic. We heard loons in morning and evening and saw a bald eagle 1st morning. If you like canoeing or kayaking this is a great spot. Much quieter than other parts of the lake. The home is completely modernized with excellent appliances and very relaxing. Great dining not to far away. Can't wait to go back again next year

This house was the PERFECT spot for the annual retreat my husband and I have with our Army family. There were 6 of us, and we ALL agreed this has been the best trip yet. The property, both inside and out, was beautiful and well maintained. No shortage of kitchen ware (we cooked in a lot and needed nothing), towels (both bath and lake), bedding, etc. Anything we might have forgotten was thought of and already there for us. The outdoor bar with music system was a fantastic touch as we spent most of our time outside enjoying the private beach playing corn hole, or just floating in the water. The indoor entertainment center was great for evening movies. Great area as well. We spent a day in Meredith, about a 45 min drive on beautiful back roads. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze, and Anna-Lisa was the ultimate host. Very communicative, responsive, thoughtful, and kind. I'm running out of characters or I would go on and on. Highly recommend this property and it's fabulous host!

We had a fantastic vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee! The lake was stunning, and the surrounding area offered so many activities to enjoy. The accommodations were comfortable, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Despite a few rainy days, we made the most of our time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Bradley and Basia’s cozy condo in Woodstock. Check-in was seamless and the condo had everything we could’ve needed during our stay. The resort’s amenities were great- especially the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Would absolutely recommend this place and we’d return if we’re ever back in the area!

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Honestly the pictures don’t do justice for this place! It was actually better than we had imagined! I had booked this place for my in laws and we were jealous we didn’t get this place instead: the view was wonderful. The only down fall was the lights from the cars coming into the windows/ needs a darker shade but that’s the only little negative but the whole place was perfect regardless! Would stay again!

We booked Robert's condo for February school vacation week, and my 11-year-old and I had a wonderful time staying there! Robert was incredibly responsive to our inquiries, and gave us several great recommendations for local snowshoeing trails. The location was perfect for us! By car, you're only a few minutes away from Lincoln's bevy of family-friendly dining and entertainment options, Loon Mountain, Ice Castles, and several trailheads. You're also within easy day-tripping distance of the Mt. Washington area, Waterville Valley, and other areas with lots of fun winter activities. The condo itself was exactly as you see in the pictures, with plenty of room for sleeping, relaxing, and cooking. (The linens and furniture were fine!) In the winter, you wake up to a scenic view of the lake and snow-capped mountains in clear weather, and if you end up getting snowed in, Deer Park resort's main building with numerous indoor amenities is just a 3-minute walk away. We'd definitely book again!

The home is absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The mountain view is stunning!! It was perfect for our family winter getaway. The location is excellent and just a short drive to all the popular attractions. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We loved our stay here, and we look forward to coming back! Highly recommend!!
