This villa, cubic, brand new ( end of construction in March 2021), of 105m², bathed in light with its wide bay windows, is located a stone's throw from the quiet rue Saint Jean, close to all shops and the sea (500 meters) A small garden for your barbecues, and 3 terraces with sunbeds to enjoy the sun all day with a magnificent view of the Touquet. 3 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms and 3 toilets.
