The house was great and a short walk to a playground. There were lots of extra blankets, pillows and linens which was perfect for the kids sleeping on the futon. Neighborhood felt safe and the house is on a quiet street.

We’ve been coming to Grand Junction for a long time. The Rood House was in a great location, very central and just blocks from our local friends. The house is nicely renovated but keeps all the old GJ quirks we’re fond of. The place was spotless. The kitchen was easy to use, and the beds were very comfy. All the bedrooms were a nice size and the bunk room had some great play space. Also, we were traveling with small kids and really appreciated the childproofing touches. We will definitely recommend to friends!

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

This was our second stay in the Escalante tent. Our first stay was in 2022. The property was already awesome back then, but the hosts have done a TON of work these past 2 years from the community pool area, bathrooms and pathways, to all the decorations, lighting, and sitting areas that give an overall inviting feeling to the property. We've stayed at other glamping properties, but this one is by far the best. The scenery is top notch. There are no crowds in Gateway, so it is very peaceful. The drives south towards Naturita along the Dolores and over the pass to Moab are incredible. The tent comes with everything you need to cook/eat, build a fire, or just relax. Also, the bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept on, even compared to expensive hotels I've stayed in. On top of it all, the Escalante is pet friendly. Our dog loved this place. He's since passed on to bigger and better things, but we'll make the Escalante tent a regular stop to celebrate his memory.

This place was amazing for our stay! Bookcliff winery is a short walk down the road, Candace is extremely responsive and she provided us with some food to cook up for breakfast which was greatly appreciated! I definitely recommend the Peach Pad for your stay in Palisade.

So beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to enjoy quiet, beautiful vistas and privacy while be close to Fruita and Grand Junction. View of the Monument and Book Cliffs especially at sunrise was breath taking. There were a million stars at night and it really was relaxing to be away from it all. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautiful and spacious, perfect for a large group. The location is fantastic, very near to hiking/biking trails and amenities and with incredible views. We loved the backyard fire pit and hot tub. It is very family friendly with lots of cool spaces for kids; a great kids room with bunk beds, tree house and club house and lots of toys and games. The kitchen was well stocked and with a nice open dining area, and there were good hang out spaces. We would love to return.

Had a great long weekend at the Tiny House. It's just as described. Has all you need and everything you don't. It's within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It's big enough for 1-2 people and very cozy. It was a peaceful place to stay with my dog (As a dog owner, I love the fact that she doesn't charge extra!) Thanks for letting me stay at the Tiny House!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay! It is a great spot if you have a dog or children - nice big, roomy house outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay and a great slice of the country outdoor area! We plan to definitely stay again!

Loved this location and loved skiing at Powderhorn mountain! The only thing is the wood fireplace is meant to be used as the main source of heat - it worked out just fine but we it took a little bit to light the fire! All in all would highly recommend!

Great place. We stayed for Thanksgiving week and gathered for dinner at the house. It had all the necessary kitchen equipment and a nice selection of condiments. Really easy to walk to town and to several morning coffee spots. The neighborhood was pleasant for walking our dog.

Hosts were available and friendly. Loved how close the horses were (open blinds and see them)!

We loved our stay at Lauren's place. It was decorated with an artist hand. She had beautiful handmade items and works of art throughout. I loved that there wasn't a TV in every room. There were even live plants to brighten up the space. It's so nice when hosts really consider how the guessts experience will be to the fullest and having nice black out shades or curtains too block out city lights is key for us having a good night's sleep. There's also a white noise machine which is also amazing in assisting a good night's sleep helping to drown out road noise we are not accustome to. The hot tub was a real treat as well, especially not being chlorinated!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay Lauren, we would love to stay again.

We LOVED our stay here. The property is amazing. It’s so fun to explore the wilderness that surrounds it. We loved sitting by the pond and watching the frogs. We also really enjoyed the fun outdoor games available. Our dogs had so much room to run and absolutely loved it. The inside of the home is beautiful. Rachel has really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We also loved how close the property was to all of our activities. We went horseback riding, rafting, wine tasting and visited the Colorado National Monument…all within 10 minutes of the property. Highly recommend!!
