Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The gite is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessed by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any overlooking, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open from June 28th to September 8th.
