Very well located for visiting Venice by train. Private parking. 5 minutes by car from the center, the train station, and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Good communication. Highly recommended.

Best thing was that Adriana picked me up from the local train station (Dolo) well after midnight since my flight was very delayed. She also let me know someone else was staying so I knew if I heard anything, it would be the other guest. The blanket on the bed had several dark small stains and there was dust in some of the drawers. Apart from that, it was clean. In the booking it mentioned “2 guest maximum” which I assumed meant I could have someone over. My friend came with me one day (didn’t spend the night) but Adriana told me that wasn’t allowed and I was charged an extra 31 euros. So, be sure to ask for clarification before having someone come over. Other than that, I recommend her bnb. The local train station is ~12 min walk and it takes you to main attractions for cheap. It’s a calm and peaceful neighborhood. Be sure to enter the correct address. There is another Dolo and street with very similar name! I learned the hard way.

The hosts Emanuela and Antonela are very warm, friendly and easy going. We had a wonderful time staying at their home.

This place is amazing, great location, exactly what you want! The host Andrea, and his wife are extremely kind and were very hospitable. The breakfasts were amazing in the garden, and the host gave us a lot of great restaurant recommendation and places to walk around in Venice. This place is a hidden Gem!

Great location, great hosts and great breakfasts. Katia’s place was right on the tram line that takes you in to Venice and was also walkable to the Mestre Town Center with lots of shopping and restaurants. Katia and her husband carried our luggage upstairs both at checkin and checkout. Katia was helpful with tips to get around her town and how to get to Venice. Last but not least, Katia’s breakfasts were fit for a king!

Francesco and Sara are very friendly and genuine. They welcomed us home and explained everything you needed to know for a pleasant visit to Venice and its surroundings. The house is a typical Venetian villa and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The cigliegina on the cake at the end of the stay was a demonstration of one of his musical inventions; ask him to learn more. Highly recommended host for kindness and availability! We'll see you again!

Roberto had the most accurate of directions! Poor guy wanted to help with carrying our luggage 🧳 😆. This place was in immaculate condition - outside and in. 1 day we even just jumped on the sea bus and enjoyed the "cruise" so to speak. The location is amazing for a family with smaller children and teens alike.

They were so welcoming and kind. I am so thankful to the hosts for recommending Pietro as a driver. He not only took us to where we needed to go, he shared the history of each place. The buffet breakfast was superb. The room was beautiful. The grounds and the castle is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
