Our stay at this beautiful home was simply incredible. The host was EXTREMELY welcoming! So many snacks and nice accommodations to make us feel warm, cozy, welcomed and right at home! One of the most spacious places we’ve ever stayed and the master comes equipped with anything you could think of. Highly recommend this place above any other place you’d ever stay in NOLA. Julia’s Airbnb is an absolute gem! The space is not only adorable but also thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Her home is so cozy, with a spacious living room, a comfortable bed, and plenty of seating options to unwind. Julia is incredibly sweet and friendly, always available for recommendations or to check in and ensure we had everything we needed. The Garden area location couldn’t be more perfect—just steps away from Whole Foods, a beautiful park, fantastic shops, restaurants, a charming bookstore, and even a great yoga studio. Despite the challenges of an epic snowstorm that left us in extreme circumstances, Julia went above and beyond as a host. She was incredibly flexible, understanding, and made us feel so welcome and cared for. Her kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality truly made this experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful spot in New Orleans!

Perfect getaway spot for us. My 13 year old loves to fish and the spot was heaven for him. House was perfect for us and Henry was the best host , from communication and making sure we had what we needed to enjoy the home, he was awesome. Would 1000 percent go back! We loved staying in the bayou and doing the quick drive to the city. My son said it was our best vacation ever.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at Jesse's place, it total exceeded our expectation: v smart, extremely nicely furnished, huge and comfy bed, loved the layout (classic New Orleans shotgun house with one room leading straight on to the next) with a very private small yard area at the back to relax in when not rushing about NOLA. The house was very quiet (always really important to us when we stay anywhere) on a street that sees almost no traffic. I had never visited New Orleans before so was taking a bit of a chance on the location but having now traveled all over the city I don't think there is a better one for being able to access the rest of the city (we took buses and cable cars everywhere) whilst also having all the amenities you want - nice restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc - on Magazine Street, which was just a short couple of blocks away. Also felt very safe whenever we came back late at night. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to New Orleans.

Thomas family treated me and my family of 6 very well. The home was very clean and modernized, and had everything a family would need for a vacation. Beautiful home! Extremely clean and rooms were very roomy. It says 3 bedrooms but it’s actually 4 bedrooms and every room is very spacious. Loved the house!

Lovely hosts. Very clean and bigger space than I expected. We love this Bywater location and hope to be back soon. Easy walk to coffee, bars and restaurants and we had no issues parking right in front of house. Comfortable bed. Having a big bottle of water and laundry detergent were nice extras from the hosts.

Our stay at we nice! Great location and was easy to navigate. The “things to do” list was helpful also. I loved that the host was readily available for any last minute concerns.

We enjoyed our stay here! The home was spacious and we appreciated that it had multiple bathrooms. It was convenient to the French Quarter where we were attending a wedding, so we were back and forth a lot and had no issues getting around. Loved the historic charm of the house and neighborhood. Very quintessential New Orleans!

I love this neighborhood, and Joe’s house is stunning. Joe was quick to address and inquiry. This is a great place to stay for a relaxing week with great access to local restaurants, coffee shop, NOMA and City park. Also, if you don’t have a car great access to the Canal Street red streetcar to get downtown.

Really enjoyed our stay and was 100% the kind of experience we were looking for. This is a historic mansion, so if you are like us and you appreciate the character and history of older structures and amenities, you will love it. Bathroom and room was clean and 100% accurate to the photos. The hosts were very responsive, super friendly, and gave us a great lay of the land for our stay. We absolutely will stay here again the next time we are in the city.

Nice place close to uptown

This charming shotgun house in Mid City had a great location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Close to Morning Call and Cafe du Monde in City Park. Shopping and restaurants close by. The house was far removed from the noise and numbers found in the French Quarter and Central Business District, but one can easily reach them by a scenic, half hour streetcar ride with a stop just a short block away. You don't want to drive to the Quarter: the streets are torn up and crowded pedestrians, not all of whom are completely sober, and parking is nearly impossible to find on the street, and New York City prices are charged for secured private parking. Every other location in the city is just a short drive from Ian's house. My wife and I found it an ideal place for a long weekend.

Came down for a getaway for my anniversary and this place was so cozy and romantic . Lauren was super responsive everything had sticky notes which I so loved around the house perfect communication I will be booking again next time I come into town perfect location for restaurants etc

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. Michael was a very responsive host. He answered every question. Maintenance was frequently on property. Other guest in compound were friendly. Courtyard was so relaxing and beautiful. One Uber driver complimented the neighborhood as hugely improved, safe and popular. Thanks for a lovely stay in NOLA.

My friends and I had a fantastic time and were comfortable at The Chateau. Prior to our arrival, Michael was very responsive to questions. At the time of arrival, Wilson was extremely helpful and friendly. Other folks working at The Chateau were lovely and warm. It's a great location, allowing us to walk to almost every destination we hoped to visit. The outdoor space was so comfortable, and other guests were respectful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely consider The Chateau for future visits to New Orleans!

My group and I had a great time. The chateau impressed us. Well maintained, very clean and spacious not to mention the ambiance….definitely a must see! Michael was extremely responsive and also provided additional information to make our trip one to remember. He was very accommodating and really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Had a fabulous family Christmas vacation at this Airbnb! Wilson was the on site property manager/concierge and he was accessible, responsive, friendly and communicated wonderfully to any concerns we had. Bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable with good bedding. Fun to stay in a famous chef’s previous home. Courtyard was wonderful - we spent a lot of time out there. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was unavailable from our first day through our second to last day. That was a top amenity priority for me in choosing this property. Wilson, was diligent in getting it fixed and communicating about the status, however. I would certainly return here for future visits to New Orleans!

This was a great find. We stayed here for a bachelor party and it couldn't have worked out any better. This place is a compound of 5 houses (7 units) all sharing a private courtyard with a pool. There are on-site staff who are very helpful, including the caretaker Wilson who was there to greet us and show us around our house and spend time putting together a detailed map of the city with all the "must see" places. We had 8 people in our party and the house had 7 bedrooms and they even brought over an extra bed so no one had to share. The location for this place can't be beaten. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood with a great breakfast spot right next door. But only 5 min or less walk to Frenchmen Street and another 5 minutes you're in the thick of it on Bourbon. Michael was a great host who was easy to communicate with and let us check in early. Everyone in our party was very happy with the place and I looked like an all-star for finding it.
