Cottage holiday rentals in Metro Vancouver

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in the woods, the perfect peaceful retreat from city life. The hot tub was such a treat in the evenings. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit too, and it was great that firewood was provided. The cabin was clean and cozy, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Two small things to note: the two doors facing the bed don’t have curtains, so it gets quite bright in the morning and feels a bit exposed, I found it a little uncomfortable. Also, the path leading up to the cabin was very muddy, so make sure you wear the right shoes. Overall, I would stay again, it was a great getaway, and we left feeling refreshed.

Beautiful location that felt close to nature yet also walkable to amenities. The view at the table while you eat breakfast is very peaceful. There was an occupant of the lower unit with two young children running around, so be mindful that there will be some shared noises. The hot tub, view, ample space and location made this an peaceful retreat for my family without having to isolate them; you can walk a few minutes and still get a great cup of coffee.

The place was awesome. Super cute and steps from the beach! We had a great time.

Alison’s place is old but spacious and well situated with a very nice view and a quiet neighborhood. The amount of utensils, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses etc. were far better than most Airbnb’s, plenty of everything. The washer and dryer were much appreciated. There is a TV but you need your own input device. That said I’d certainly stay there again.

My family and I had a most wonderful stay at Susan's cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage as well as Crescent beach which is very close to the cottage. The walks along the shoreline were magical! Susan was an extraordinary host who went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience. We appreciated a lot that the cottage is pet friendly and we could bring our dog with us. The backyard was amazing for us and for our dog. We wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely return. Thanks a lot, Susan, for hosting us!

We had a great long weekend at Gloria’s cottage. The marina was beautiful to look over and the general store was convenient for basics. The staff were friendly and very helpful for recommendations around the island.

Me and my Girlfriend had the most wonderful peaceful time at Susan’s Cottage! The surrounding restaurants were great and lots to do! We both loved to walk and see the amazing Gorgeous shoreline! Also a hidden treasure that I wanted to see was the house they used from the movie Tron legacy which can be viewed during your walk along the shore. For anyone wondering Susan is a Lovely host and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home! And if you were thinking about inviting your parents over there is plenty of parking and lovely space to sit down and converse! Also the backyard is lovely and peaceful to sit down and just relax thinking about life. Out of all the Airbnb I have stayed at I felt right at home and was well worth it! Can’t wait to come back and I hope if your reading this you will enjoy the peaceful time me and my girlfriend had there! Until next time Thankyou Susan!!!

Quaint, cozy cottage in a fantastic neighborhood. I appreciated the detached nature of the cottage. A lot of spaces in this area are part of the host's main house and our preference is to be separate. Richard, the host, was very responsive to my requests and provided detailed instructions on entering the cottage and check out activities. The water pressure was excellent in the shower, better than any hotel. Lovely garden and blooming flowers.

This is a place you'd want to stay in if all you need is a space to sleep in without too many amenities required. It's fairly quiet and located in a beautiful garden. I read a review that talked about hearing running water, which I was looking forward to, but all I heard were the sound of cars passing by the highway. Maybe it sounded like running water, or maybe the little stream of water isn't active yet. Either way, it's worth the price for the location and peace. Being pet friendly was a huge bonus.

This was a quaint and homely cabin. It was easy to get to restaurants and there was lots of places to walk my dog. They even provide a dog blanket, bowl and treats! The place was super clean, nicely laid out and quiet at night. The host graciously offered to extend the check out time and gave clear check in instructions. Well worth price, I'd recommend it to anyone who has to stay a few nights in Maple Ridge/Langley.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pages, the location was beautiful. We enjoyed renting kayaks and exploring the bay. The nearby park also had some great hiking trails and beach. The cabin had everything you needed and the wood burning stove was nice to have on the chilly nights. It is about 15 minutes to the amenities in town and the ferry so not the closest if that’s important to you but we thought their little store had most necessities and didn’t mind.

Tanner’s place was super clean, quiet, and walking distance to the water & downtown area. Beautiful location, beautiful home, & the weather was even nice for our stay. Would definitely go back on my next trip to Gibsons. Well worth it and everything was as listed. 😊

Beautiful home and neighborhood, easy to walk into gibsons to shop and go out to eat. Large space to entertain a big group, kitchen had all the amenities to cook with. The morning sunsets were a highlight off the front patio. Host responsive and addressed the few things that came up during our stay. Lots of parking available on the street.

My husband and I came to visit for a family event and we seriously never want to leave. Lynn and her husband are so welcoming and kind. We feel so rested and are so grateful we found them. We will definitely be back. 🙏

The beach house was very charming and quaint. My family thoroughly enjoyed listening to the waves of the ocean and taking in the beautiful views.
