Holiday rentals with a patio in Metropolitan City of Florence

Good place, matched expectations very well! It's perfectly located right by the train station, a 4 minute walk. From there just drop your bags and begin your exploration of historic Florcence!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Marin's Firenze home. It was upscale, with a comfortable king bed, balcony, and a nice family room. We had questions about the heating, and Marin was super responsive. Just be aware that the upstairs is accessible with a spiral staircase which was fine for our young adult children, but would have been hard for me and my husband. It's a great place with a kind host. Bravo!

Laura was very responsive and helpful and answered all my questions prior and during my stay which helped me make the most out of my trip. The appartment was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

This is my favorite place to stay in Florence! Always affordable, close to public transportation, and the host communicates very well. Thank you so much!

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night at Lorena and were fully satisfied with the house as it was exactly described as in the listing and even better! Super quiet and quiet location, convenient parking near the house and the house was very clean and tidy, it was a real treat for us and we hope to return to Lorena again as she was very kind and very willing to provide us with all the information we requested and she was super responsive in her responses and very kind to let us check in a little later than expected, I absolutely recommend.

Carlo was a great host! Very friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved the apartment, it definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and we always felt very safe. We would highly recommend this accommodation if traveling to Florence.

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

Everything was alright. The house is beautiful with great view of the surrounding area. We stayed there in February nad when we arrived it was already heated which was nice. Everything was as in the description, contact with the host was fast. We really enjoyed the stay. We also liked the great local olive oil which was available in the kitchen.

Beautiful country place to stay. Close enough to town for easy access. Amazing landscape views in every direction. Vineyards and olive trees galore. Louise is very responsive and happy to help with restaurant, sightseeing suggestions, and also teaches cooking classes. Would definitely stay longer next time.

We had the most amazing stay at Giulia's beautiful home in Firenze. Not only did we feel right at our home but so did our pup. The home came with so many lovely amenities and special touches - it was truly a relaxing oasis in a major metropolitan city. This may just be the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. We were there several nights, and you just don’t get over that view. It’s a good 40m drive to Florence, but the nearby cities are also happening. Lots to discover, and the distance from Florence is so worth it. Tons of space, private kitchen, access to the whole property which is massive. The host family lives on this multi-generational land which you have a unit above a house all to yourself. Beyond impressed with this one, the family is so kind and receptive. 12/10, wow.

Clean, cosy and pet friendly place just 30minutes by tram from the historic center of Florence. Definitely worth if you intend to visit the center and come back to a beautiful garden. For dog owners, you need to supervise dogs in the garden since it is not “dog proof” but still great.

unfortunately only stayed for one night in this wonderful, small and super comfortable and comfortable house. I look forward to returning to Lorenzo to whom I congratulate on his availability, communicative clarity and kindness... we will definitely pass here again

We enjoyed our stay! Deanna is a nice host who communicates proactively and is very friendly. She waited for us herself to let us in and gave us lots of tips on the area including 3 great restaurants on the street of the apartment. Those restaurants were great value for money! Apartment is within walking distance of the historic city center, a 10-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio, a 10-minute walk from the station. It is located in a quiet street but still close to everything. Shop and bakery are a 5-min. walk. Very nice courtyard garden where we had breakfast every morning thanks to the high temperatures for the time of year. If we visit Florence again, we will definitely come back here! Thank you Deanna!

Don’t think twice, just book it! This place was amazing, it was the Italy vibes we were looking for. The terrace has amazing views, the place is close to everything. Antonio was very helpful and the whole process was easy and smooth. We want to come back here for sure!

This is a beautiful place, comfortable and full of personality, centrally located between two important landmarks: Piazza della Signoria and Santa Croce. Alessandra was very accommodating, allowing me to drop off my bag before check-in time, and sending me helpful sightseeing recommendations. She took time during her holiday to give me instructions over the phone, which I appreciated. This accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and hope to be back.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!
