OStellin Genova Hostel

The good: - clean bathrooms and dorms (I could sit on the floor, no sand or dust) - great fast wifi - kettle, fridge, microwave - nice free breakfast - enough showers and toilets, no waiting - free toiletries happen - central location, about the same distance to everywhere - friendly and helpful staff (thank you Sara for accommodating my special needs🙏) The bad: - too warm in dorms - terrible noise from outside (fri-sun) - squeaky beds The ugly: - some guests were disrespectful, loud at night, woke up at 5am for work (!), others downright rude or scary - 8 people in room made it feel like a market square and not bedroom Summary: worth the price and it felt better with time

A comfortable room in an unforgettable place, very friendly and helpful staff. A wonderful experience to fall asleep to the noise of the sea waves in the background. Highly recommended!

Remote mill into the wild Cir0614600001

CharlotteRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Our stay at the mill of Lucca was everything we had hoped for and more. As indicated, the house is remote, by a lovely river and very charming. Lucca has appointed it with old furniture that give it a special vibe that is very cosy and shows some of his interests or parts of his past lives. Lucca is a fantastic host, available, interesting, helpful, thoughtful, and giving space. The house is also well appointed as it is a primary home before being an Airbnb. We had a dog with us that loved running around and discovering the forest. There are no fences so it may not be appropriate for all dogs but ours was in heaven. As were the kids! There are lovely walks directly from the house. Thank you Lucca for this stay. We loved it!
