Charm, simplicity, comfort, in 20 m2 of independence. Globe-trotters: Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, plancha, fridge, dishes. No hob or oven. Small wooden terrace on the backyard. And silence. Quiet village, with nearby fields, cycle path, forest, sandy beach, sunsets... Our apartment is perfect for couples with or without children and solo travelers. It is located in a very quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Royan market and the city center. You will be able to fully enjoy Royan and its surroundings on foot or by bike. The apartment and residence are new. It is very well equipped, including a washing machine for long stays. It has a large terrace of 50m2, facing south, ideal for enjoying the royal sun.

My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers and families. Nice, fully accessible disabled person. Non-smoking accommodation 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, 1 bed 80 tv ,wifi, deck with barbecue large courtyard , to park your vehicle ,shared with the owners, I have a very nice Labrador dog who walks on the property. We are 10 km from Saintes,25 km from Royan, 35 km from La Palmyre, 40 km from Ile d 'Oléron
