This Cute as a Button Grade II listed cottage was named by The Guardian as one of the UK's top 50 holiday cottages. With its open fire, sunny courtyard, and vintage feel, this romance of this cottage will ensure your break on the stunning north Cornish coast will be a break to remember. Sleep like a baby in a luxury ViSpring bed with The White Company Egyptian cotton bed linen. Pop on the fluffy dressing gowns and relax as you chill in front of the open fire, or you could just pop to the quaint historic country pub a few yards down the road on your return from one of the many stunning beaches. One up 3 down boutique 300 year old cottage, a superb romantic bijoux retreat. Downstairs there is a wet room with fired earth tiles, underfloor heating, jam pan basin and Soap Co toiletries, quarry tiled floor to the kitchen with stable door. Dishwasher, ceramic hob and neff oven, butler sink. Dualit toaster and Kettle and ROK coffee maker. Integrated fridge. The lounge has a open fire with coal, kindling supplied. Luxury Leather sofa and dining area for 2. Smart TV with Netflix The bedroom has double bed with top of the range "Vi Sprung" mattress, "The White Company" Egyptian cotton linen. Dressing gowns and slippers are also provided. A vintage style record player and vinyl records are also in the bedroom. A selection of vinyl is also provided but why not bring your own special song and surprise your partner. Wifi included. Courtyard enclosed garden, with outside power, seating, lighting and cobblestones. As soon as you arrive you will be able to make that cup of tea, we provide tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, freshly ground coffee, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and fresh flowers. We also provide a few goodies for yourself and should you book you dog in a welcome pack for your furry friend. Dogs are charged at £20 per booking. You will have the whole of the property and the outside courtyard all to yourselves. Feel free to contact us by phone or via AirBnb messaging if required during your stay Walk only a few steps to a historic pub with roaring fires and great beer. In nearby St Agnes, there's great food at Canteen Cornwall and The Tap House, plus good shops. Several beaches are within walking distance, and the coast path is also close. Lots of amazing walking routes locally. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Escape reality in this thoughtfully converted Woodland retreat, in the renowned and secluded 40 acre Pendarves bluebell woods. Near the historic mining town of Camborne, we are a short 20 minute walk from the mainline train station (6 by taxi). A plentiful supply of local attractions, reached most easily by those with their own vehicle. St Ives (13 miles), Falmouth (15 miles), Penzance (20 miles). Sadly we do not allow pets and due to the nature of the site, it is not wheelchair friendly.
