Large and comfortable studio with capacity for 2 adults max + 2 children ( a crib available), a sleeping area, separated by a blackout curtain, a large living-dining room with 2 sofa beds and a sunny terrace with sea views. The place is fully equipped. Palavas les Flots is a typical, pleasant, very lively and festive Mediterranean seaside resort, especially in summer. The view from the terrace is panoramic. Beach, sun, swimming, boat. Change of scenery assured.

Villa, Saint Clair, quiet and exceptional view

Charming villa of 115m2 all comfort, ideal with friends or family, with a panoramic view of the sea, the beach of Lido and the pond of Thau. 1000 m2 fenced garden, large swimming pool and terraces. Summer kitchen with large barbecue, bread oven and pizza. Very nice villa located in the popular and quiet area of Mont Saint-Clair with a panoramic view. The house, completely renovated in 2010, was originally a typical "baraquette" house of Sète families.
