Calixto is an excellent host, caring about his guests ! No restaurants nearby but freshly prepared and tasty food can be obtained nearby, cooked by Delon). Twisty flavors is a restaurant down the hill of Calixte’s house. We recommend!

The Suite Spot is the best airbnb we have stayed in. The property was immaculate, the attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous comfy bed, good quality bed linen lush fluffy towels, dressing gowns, beach towels and so much more. Fantastic rum bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk away and the beach a 2 minute walk. it was lovely to return to The Suite Spot after a long day and be greeted by Arletta. Sitting outside by the decking in the morning listening to Soufriere life waking up in the background was a favourite moment. Arletta went above and beyond, a wonderful host. She recommended the Marcelus the driver...highly recommend, very reliable and good rates. Also Ted the boat taxi man was recommended. Brilliant time was had on the speed boat. We shall miss Arletta and the Suite Spot so very much and are already planning to return. Thank you Arletta for everything you have done; all the treats, the smiles, the advice and most of all your friendship. 5 * rating.

We loved The Local Experience! Lerona and her family were great! They gave us fresh fruit from their farm almost everyday-coconuts, mango, tamarind, guava, passion fruit. We ordered from their menu a couple of times. Lerona’s mom is a great cook! They were super helpful with making dinner and excursion reservations for us. This Airbnb is about 20-30 minutes from anything you can think of, including Soufrière, but is considered the “country side”. It’s a private, safe-feeling compound with the family’s home above and next to the Airbnb. There’s a cool rooftop deck that has a nice view. The Airbnb has a nice kitchen and a bedroom that is open to the bathroom. There’s a secluded beach just down the road and a horse stable around the corner that take you on nearby trails, beach, and an old sugar plantation. We’d definitely stay here again. Lenora and her family feel like old friends.

Best Airbnb Experience I've Had! Having stayed in many Airbnbs across North America and Europe, Randy’s place truly stands out. It felt like a home away from home. Though we didn’t need a two-bedroom, the apartment offered incredible value compared to one-bedroom options. Randy’s hospitality was top-notch—welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the main road and public transport, making exploring the island easy without a car. Private parking was available, and check-in/out was effortless. The apartment was spotless, immaculate, and modern with spacious bedrooms, private balconies, ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and a refreshing breeze. we did not need the A/C. The kitchen had high-quality appliances, the cold water in the fridge was welcoming , the bathrooms were stylish with premium products. The queen-sized bed was incredibly comfortable. Bonus: 2 electrical converters for North American travelers. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Randy's place!

Greeted us on arrival, beautiful and unique place. Some food and beers were in the fridge for us upon arrival which was a great surprise seeing as we arrived late. Very friendly couple, were eager to please, we felt like family. Tim and Ellie went over and above our expectations. The private pool and deck was used daily by us which was very relaxing. Roger and his wife were great! Very communicative before I checked in and were onsite to give a quick tour and how-to with various things in the apartment! Tropical desitinations can have spotty AC and hot water but Topaz had it just the way I like it, ice cold AC and hot water ☺️ A lot of what I needed for the week was there already. The pool was clean and refreshing for a swim at the end of my night. All in all a fantastic trip and stay!

We had a lovely stay at Flamboyant Inn. The villa is a perfect size, well stocked and comfortable. The views from the balcony are beautiful. We had visits every morning from birds and chickens looking for crumbs. The villa is a short walk to Laborie. Laborie is a special place, with fishermen selling fish they've caught that day. The locals are very friendly, and love to chat about their home/town. There are several stay dogs who a very friendly, and will escort you as you walk. There are also chickens running around, some with chicks following. We travelled to other places in St Lucia but returned to Laborie on our last day as we loved it so much. We spent time on the beach and enjoyed watching the locals horse riding along the sea. The horses even went for a swim. It is unspoilt by tourism and shows the real St Lucia. We ate at Mama Tillies and Bamboo (particularly good) Cafe En Ville was slow but ok.

Our stay in St Lucia was made wonderful by Moras house. We were able to walk downtown for dinner and to the bay. The house was very clean and Silvia greeted us with Rum punch! We had underestimated how long it would take to get to the unit due to the slow roads. And they were very accommodating with meeting us even tho we were running late. The unit is at the center of everything going on in St Lucia it was a great home base for all the adventures that we found on the island. And the kitchen was well stocked as we enjoyed making dinners with the local food. I highly recommend going with Mora!

We had an amazing stay at this spacious, airy home near the bay. The location is perfect – private yet within walking distance to the beautiful fishing village of Laborie. Carlisle, the house manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, and we’d return just to visit him again. Tarrick, the heart and soul of our trip, made it even more special. He took us on a boat trip to Sugar Beach and the Pitons, offering unforgettable views and experiences. He also welcomed us into his family’s life and shared endless knowledge about the world. Tarrick’s warmth and hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return to this stunning home and the incredible people who made our trip so special.

This house is an absolute gem! Located at the top of the hill on a residential road, 5 mins drive from Laborie Beach. Loved the huge veranda, which is a wonderful place to relax in the hammock and enjoy the sea view. Found the beds to be comfortable and slept very well with the window open bringing in the sea air. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor dining area is an absolute treat. We had already anticipated that you need a car, which makes everything stress free and super simple. You can literally drive into Laborie Beach, get out and enjoy. The whole Sugar Beach and Pitons area is extremely accessible from the house, only a 35 min drive. There are 3 good sized local supermarkets (Massy Stores) and I even found a cheap gym (£3 a session) less than 15 mins drive away. Djamal (the owner) is very responsive over text, and Evelyn is an absolute star, buying us some groceries ahead of our arrival and cooking for us on two occasions. We will be back!

Mary was very responsive. Her mum, Jane, welcomed me and was available to help. The flat is well located and fully equipped with everything one could need. The highlight is the breathtaking view from the terrace. Jane’s husband, Charles, provides reliable and reasonably priced taxi services. On our way to the airport, he shared fascinating stories about the island's history and culture. Thank you!

Our stay at the villa was great! Mr Sherman and Ms Kishmer welcomed us with open arms! They were so kind and helpful. They were very responsive whenever we needed anything. The villa was great and had everything we needed. It was also convenient to be 5 minutes away from the beach. Although, we did not rent a car, Mr Sherman and Ms Kishmer were able to drive us around town for dinner. I highly recommend! :)

Charles and Charmaine were so wonderful during our stay. We had a rocky start with vacation with our baggage being lost and our rental car company overbooking. We got in much later than planned, but Charmaine still greeted us warmly upon our arrival. They even helped get our luggage to us the next day, which was a great relief. Our room was great. It was up a few flights of stairs, so keep that in mind if you need a more ground level room. The gardens, pool, and scenery were perfect, just what we needed! You could walk down to the beach at Anse Chastanet and/or Anse Mamin, but we drove down and parked. Resort restaurant was good but reservations are recommended. You can rent chairs at the resort, but there are spots to put your towels if you don't need/want to rent a chair. The snorkeling off the dock was great and I also recommend walking down to Anse Mamin for a quieter beach scene and great burgers for lunch. Treehouse Restaurant was another favorite. Book a high-clearance 4x4 car

Four of us, two couples, enjoyed a 7 day vacation at Avalon in January as a reprieve from the cold of the Northeast US. The location is remote and a 4 wheel drive is highly recommended to get to the airbnb and to nearby beaches and hiking trail heads. The roads in Saint Lucia can be narrow, pot holed, and steep and are not for the weak of heart. The views at Avalon are amazing, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, the food from Tet Rouge the next door restaurant delicious and nicely presented, the atmosphere peaceful, and the pool a great addition for an afternoon or evening swim. The windows are screened and both bedrooms have air conditioning. We all loved the outdoor shower with the hot water and tiled floor. We visited Project Chocolate, hiked the Tet Paul Nature Trail, one person hiked Gros Piton with a guide. We snorkeled at La Pointe Beach, Anse Chastanet and Anse Mamin Beaches. We cooked about half our meals at home and there are adequate plates, pots, pans, glasses, etc.

This home was an absolute dream! Tucked away in the lush St. Lucian rainforest, it truly felt like living in a secluded treehouse surrounded by nature. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind, with nothing but the sounds of the jungle as our backdrop. Very secluded and quiet—an ideal retreat for relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible hospitality. George was available anytime we needed and knew just where to take us. He is so knowledgeable about the local plants, people, and history of the island, and he was such a pleasure to talk with! Bertilla cooked the most amazing meals, and Catherine kept everything clean and tidy, making our stay even more comfortable. We also loved visiting the nearby resort beach, which had everything we could ask for—snorkeling, paddle boards, ocean hammocks, and a fantastic beachside bar and restaurant. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. We didn't want to leave!

My husband and I stayed for a week and it was wonderful. The location is amazing and close to the beach and several restaurants, bars, and shopping- all within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed for kitchen, towels, blankets etc. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to explore the area and see what life in St. Lucia is all about. Remo was very responsive and checked on us to make sure that our stay was going well. Check-in and check-out was easier than most other places we’ve stayed. All around a wonderful trip and place to stay.

We found this wonderful gem of a Condo right in the heart of Rodney Heights. It was one minute walk to a fine supermarket, a stones throw away from Rodney Bay with all the finest restaurants and night spots. Even with all of this, the area was very quiet with an inviting pool to enjoy your favorite cocktails. The hosts were eager to please, we just needed to ask and he was right there fulfilling every request. We will def stay here again when on the island.

We had an amazing 5 days at Simon’s apartment. It really has the WOW factor! When you walk in and see the beautiful decor and furnishings along with the panoramic views all around the bay. You will find everything you need it’s just like home from home. The bay is a hive of activity, we really enjoyed sitting on our balcony people watching and seeing the beautiful boats come in and out. There are a few restaurants close buy which you can get to by water taxi which is fun. The little beach across the bay is not the best as it’s not the cleanest and the water is quite murky. However we did visit it a couple of times as it has lovely sunset views on an evening. Would highly recommend The Villa restaurant which is situated up the hill. When you make a reservation they send one of the staff down to pick you up in a buggy and take you to the restaurant. Food was excellent the Lobster was great as was the champagne! Overall I could not fault a thing,it really is one of the best! Thank you

A fantastic stay. Lovely house, well equipped and conveniently located for all that Rodney Bay has to offer. A short walk to the beach, and within easy strolling distance of places to eat. The pool was much appreciated and a decent size for swimming. A bonus was the access to the waterfront of Rodney Bay - a great place to sit and watch the boating activity. Thoroughly recommended as a great base in Rodney Bay. Host could not have been more helpful - from airport transfers to recommendations for places to eat. Five stars

Llana’s place was just as described; great neighborhood, peaceful, and relaxing. Easy check in access and safe. The unit/ apartment was very cozy and clean. Close to the local restaurants in the north of the island. Will definitely be back!

Pamelas home was a great find. Clean and tidy and well appointed. The kitchen had all the appliances you could wish for and and pans, cutlery etc. were of good quality. The garden was beautiful and well kept as was the excellent swimming pool. Comfortable bed, great shower and the location was peaceful and relaxing. Pamela was always quick to respond and kept us informed when necessary. What more could could you hope for. Thanks Pamela.

Simone’s place is comfortable and clean. It’s about 10-15 min from restaurants and & it’s super easy to walk to the kite surfing beach. Just be aware there is a lot of seaweed on this beach so if you aren’t kite surfing you may not want to swim here. We drove from the airport - it is right side drive and the driving isn’t the easiest so getting to her place even though she gave thorough directions was difficult in the dark our first day. You may want to consider getting transport to her place and then renting once you are in town. Also remember that you need power adapters- St. lucia uses a UK plug. Simone was friendly and helpful. She met us at the apartment (& patiently waited because we took longer than expected to arrive. It took 2/2.5 hours from the airport) . I would stay here again - my husband loved the kite surfing and we were able to relax at Simone’s place - the pool is huge and there are plenty of chairs. I would also recommend a catamaran tour of the west side

Cleaning and maintenance staff were friendly and responsive. The host was helpful regarding contact info for ferry operators and safe drivers to hire for island excursions by car. The air-conditioning unit was very good for cooling the bedroom for sleep. The pool was clean. The location was private and felt safe. It was easy to call a ferry operator for a ride across the harbour. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the accommodation.
