Amei !! Everything very clean, organized, great space, with plenty of kitchen utensils that helped us a lot !! Only one addendum, the entrance door of the ap. We're making noise when it comes time to open, but that's all it is.

Great apto! We'll be back for sure! The condominium is very nice, has all the infra you need for the beach! I took my cat, I had no problem, there is a screen in all the windows. Comfortable, clean, the unit faces the pool, in short, we are already planning to return to Ubatuba and stay in the same apartment.

Our Ubatuba tour went well. Polly's apartment surpassed our expectations. I recommend the place to stay with family or friends. Pertinho da Praia, only two blocks from the waterfront.

The place is the same as the photo, clean environment and the host would respond promptly to all questions. I highly recommend it!!!

The value is well worth it, you go to the beach to rest and don't have to worry about anything, as the ap serves everything you need, a cozy environment and a quiet condominium, outside of the host's attention. Nota mil, sure iriei more often

Very quiet stay! Vicente very attentive and Ivone too. Very close to the beach actually, winery, market and the like around and close by. Quiet location.

Great location, the pool seems to be bigger in the picture but nothing we don't enjoy.. the rooms are great, 3 bathrooms help a lot. I didn't have a lot of canvases for the barbecue.. but everything was great, Paraty is beautiful.

The cozy house, exactly as in the pictures, is very new and careful, well complete with all the utensils we need , great location, top place and very quiet. Good people host, it was very worth it! Note 10!!

My family and I (8 people) spent incredible days at Dário's house! The house has a great location with a view of the sea and is filled with beautiful landscapes, the photos do not account for the beauty of the place. In addition, the house is extremely functional, it has everything you need! We were greeted with an impeccable house! But the factor that makes all the difference for sure is to have the Ninha to assist us with every stay beyond your amazing breakfast and your delicious cakes… a master in the kitchen! And Toninho, the most helpful and attentive boatman in existence! Without them our stay would not have been as it was, they did everything to make our experience even better with a lot of availability and affection. We get in love with the place and people, let's go back for sure! The schooner tour is worth too much!

We really loved the spacious apartment, right in front of a calm beach. The apartment comfortably houses two couples plus space for more if needed. There is ample space for shared dining, e.g. a nice open air BBQ. We would (and probably will) be back!

The home matches what's listed. Quiet location, very secure, is inside a condominium but also gives access to non-residents. The township is close to the beach, only 200 meters on a quiet street. You already leave on the beach right under some trees that make a great shade. If you arrive early, you don't even need to wear umbrellas For those who like to "fry" there is plenty of space in the sand as well. Quiet beach, looks like a pool, great for everyone. It has stalls and carts that serve tourists and also have the kiosks that are further to the left of the beach but that deliver the portions where you are. We love the place and the lodging. Very good.

Second time we rent, it is worth it, spacious house, very good beach for children and family, the homemade Fabiano and his very helpful wife.

Dona Sônia a wonderful person, I have nothing to complain about the place everything in perfect condition,the beach and wonderful is about 5 minutes from the apartment,the air conditioning works perfectly,the house was all in order to Dona Sonia was always helpful from beginning to end and so much so that soon I will return to Ubatuba and intend to rent with Dona Sônia again my family loved the place and has a wonderful view,not to mention that I went to see the sunrise on the beach had a beautiful show..

Quiet stay, super met my expectations, very organized and safe place! The Mario host always very helpful and I found the check-in very easy, great pools. It is worth staying in this apartment anyway!!

My weekend with my family was perfect, the apartment corresponds with the listing, clean, impeccable, everything working, it was one of the best stay I ever stayed by the arbinb app in the condominium had everything my kids needed, perfect pool, the indoor heated pool was wonderful we were able to enjoy it a lot, because we took Saturday with rain all day, they can rent that is a complete property. Thank you chimene for the flexibility of checkout, when you go back to Ubatuba for sure I rent your apartment.🥰

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we love the location of the house, close to the beach we managed to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in the locomotion, the house held well the 07 people,the swimming pool and grill area are great, condominium and quiet, we miss Air fry,and washing machine would help, but we already knew that there was no other, all the same ad, Gisele and André are super attentive, always responded and helped me quickly, thank you for the attention until the next.

The apartment perfectly served my family. It has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning in every room, and everything works. Everything was clean and organized. Good beds and tbm pillows. There's a dryer in the bathroom. Communication with the hosts was great, they always responded to me quickly. The location is excellent, outside the movement of the center, but quickly by car to get there. The condominium is excellent, great pools you can enjoy on a day that you don't want to go to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.
