Holiday rentals with beach access in Middlesex County

I’m very happy with the place we chose. When we saw the preview that showed the way it hits the home, we knew this was the place to stay. It was easy to check in, very clean and located in such a cozy and quiet neighborhood. Waking up to the sun hitting the rooms definitely matched what we saw in the pictures and it did not disappoint. Knowing we had a clean, comforting home to come back to definitely made our trip more memorable. Hope to stay here in the near future.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Shelby’s airbnb! The house was clean, close to local restaurants/bars and had everything we would need for an overnight stay. Highly recommend Shelby and would love to stay at her home again!

We had the most wonderful stay at John and Lina’s! From start to finish, John and Lina were the kindest and most accommodating hosts we could have asked for. They were always responsive, making communication seamless and stress-free. The space itself was perfectly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged without any clutter, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. You simply couldn’t meet two nicer hosts, and their hospitality made our trip even more special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience. Thank you, John and Lina, for everything!

We stayed with a group of 7 adults. There are 2 queen beds, 2 day beds, and a couch for sleeping. There was enough space for the 7 of us over a long weekend and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and the dishwasher and laundry machine was appreciated. This property seems to be a shared hostel type, so you could often hear noisy neighbors above or below us.

We had an amazing stay with Kathleen and she really helped to make my best friend's wedding day a truly memorable one!! My bestie got married at the polar plunge and then the bride and groom jumped into the ocean with their wedding attire!! It was the coolest wedding I have ever been a part of!! We had so much fun and we were just a 4min walk to the L St. Tavern and beach area, which made lit all so much easier and stress free! Kathy even sent me news clips of the event!!! We had such a busy night/day and being so close to everything was SO incredibly helpful and amazing!! Thank you again for being an amazing host! The place was impeccable and so cozy! Will def book again!!

First time visiting Boston and had a great time at this stay! Edson was very friendly and responsive! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was close to the airport and into the city which was very convenient! Would definitely want to come back!

The apartment was perfect in every aspect. Location was great, neighborhood was safe, and the apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Communicating with the host was quick and easy from the beginning to the end. Everyone in our family was very happy that we stayed there. I will definitely stay here during my future visits to Boston.

our stay was wonderful! Steve was helpful and provided detailed information leading up to and during our stay. the house is a great size and was comfortable and clean. it was an easy walk to the red line too which was great. it's a little loud around this area (car and plane traffic), but it's a city so that is to be expected.

Esteban was very courteous and responsive. His home was very comfortable and clean. It is in close proximity to Boston and offered plenty of parking for family members from all over to meet up and serve as our jumping off point.

A great place to stay!

We rang in the New Year with a peaceful get away at the Martin's gorgeous A-frame. The hosts were extreme communicative and helpful—they even worked with us to bring a sauna onto a property. This is a wonderful getaway just 50 minutes from Boston that I will absolutely be returning to.

This is a lovely apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. If you like walking there are several parks close by. The hillside above the house provides a pleasant place to stroll with views of the hill side and charming neighborhood. The town area is a 15 minute walk and has numerous restaurants and local retail stores. The kitchen has everything needed to make a meal. The light in the morning is wonderful and it’s nice to look out at the hillside and garden.

If you're looking for serenity in a GORGEOUS atmosphere, do yourself a favor and stay here. The pond (it's a lake IMO, but it's technically a pond on Google Maps) is BEAUTIFUL. The available petal boat, canoes and other water craft are a wonderful amenity to have there. Sitting on the dock, enjoying the ducks swim and fly by was the highlight of my morning. The property is WELL hidden in the woods. It's on a steep-ish slope, so if you think it's not there, just keep driving down the hill. :) This house included EVERYTHING that we needed. We just brought clothes and food. I suggest ordering at the Walmart in West Boylston and picking up groceries on your way in. We didn't get to eat/shop at the ice cream/market nearby, but it looked super cute. There are also a few other markets nearby that sold all sorts of yummy, local harvests. My son LOVED the inside swing; there are about fiddy-'leven board games; and the wooden blocks, LEGO and kids books were a very welcome addition. A GEM!

Beautiful house on Lake Cochituate! Spacious house that perfectly accommodated extended family for a birthday weekend for my daughter. Perfect layout for a group with multiple sitting areas, all with great views of the lake. The kitchen was fantastic, well stocked and large enough to gather both cooks and tasters alike. Gem in Boston Metro West! Highly recommend!

Amazing place not only is the owner an amazing communicator but the house was very nice the decorating was very nice hope to stay here again 🫶🏾

Stayed at Shannon’s apartment for the entire month of December to help our daughter and son-in-law after the birth of their first child and of our first grand child. A special Christmas! The apartment was great! Conveniently located to our family and within walking distance to several fun restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Shannon was a wonderful, responsive host. Beds were super comfortable and the dedicated work area was incredibly helpful to work remotely. Will look forward to future stays!

Cozy, comfortable space in a great location

Greg's place was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 6. The street is very quiet, the place is exceptionally clean, and check in/out was a breeze. It is a bonus to have off street parking. Andrew Station is a block away and can get you to anywhere in Boston. South Boston is an up and coming neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Greg was responsive and accommodating to our slightly early check in, especially with the snow storm that day. We will definitely stay again!

A perfect lodging for our team of 4 visiting the Boston convention center. It was a 30 minute commute with morning and evening traffic, but it was well worth the money we saved on lodging. Lots of coffee. Microwave and fridge in both 3rd floor bedrooms. The place was well furnished and had all the appliances we needed. Three things to keep in mind, bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There are 2 full bathrooms, but you will not enjoy the 3rd floor shower if you over 6ft. Have to be comfortable with parallel parking; we were able to park on the same street all 3 night.

Everything is exactly as described! I anticipated the walk up unit in a bustling neighborhood from the hosts excellent communication and reviews, so there were no surprises. The bed was comfortable and I had no problem sleeping with the windows closed. It was a great home base during a weekend in Boston!

Our stay was very cozy and enjoyable, only a quick Uber ride to the city. There was a slight fire alarm hiccup, but Veronica was extremely responsive (it was very late) and able to assist with the issue. Their guest FAQ sheet was super helpful and we were able to try some of the recommendations they gave us. Parking was difficult, but did not hinder our stay at all. 10/10 experience and would recommend to anyone traveling to the area.
