Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Midtown Atlanta

The house was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the couch fit all of us comfortably for watching a movie. The game room was nice and the kids loved it. The deck was beautiful but rain and cold prevented us from enjoying it as much as we would have liked to. Angela was responsive and hospitable. There's a TV in all bedrooms, the living room and game room! I'd rent the house again and recommend to friends and family.

Brittaney did an excellent job overall, was very communicative when I had a question. The place felt just like a home away from home. My Sisters enjoyed their stay and rooms n just loved the house. We were disappointed about the fireplace to have more cozy like PJ n Tell All over drinks but did have an option to do so outside if wanted to with the pit table. More so would definitely rent this place again for sure!

First and foremost, Kirk responded to any questions that I had leading up to our stay. Upon arrival, it was easy accessing the property and the freshness that hit you once you walk into the house was a plus for my family and me. The house was exactly in order as it's listed on the Airbnb platform. It was spacious, a home away from home great experience! The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic within easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The apartment is cute, clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

This is our third stay at Kathleen’s place. You cannot beat this private and clean hideaway in a great neighborhood. So many places in a walkable distance and easy to hop in the belt line. It’s our go to spot anytime we visit Atlanta.

I had a great stay at Jim and Jeanne's! Walkable to many restaurants, eateries and the Eastern if you are in town for a show. Jeanne was responsive and the apartment was well appointed and cozy. Would stay here again!

My family and I had a great stay! We traveled with 3 kiddos 6 and under. Phil's place made us feel right at home & had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Great neighborhood as well! We loved walking to the park and to breakfast each day-- lots nearby. We would definitely stay again!

This was our 2nd visit to The C Suite as we have family nearby we visit. We could not ask for a better base for our family of 4. It’s quiet, dark at night, and private all while being so centrally located not only to our family but to many Atlanta sites. The aquarium passes are a nice added bonus that we made use of and really enjoyed.

Eric is a great host. He offered me the chance to checkin early at no extra charge. I really enjoyed my stay. Quaint and cozy garden level apartment. Very quiet and peaceful.

I have been using AirB&B for quite some time and love places where you can feel the personal touch and care. But these days, many AirB&B places are managed by a managing company and even though they look great and beautiful on surface, they usually use the cheapest furniture and crappy linens and dishes and so forth and they don’t care about the well being of guests. Tiffany and Michelle’s place is nothing like that. You can tell they are passionate about taking care of the place and offer the best possible they can and it’s so refreshing to see a place like this. Thank you for offering this great place for us.

The place was perfect for me. Close to amenities, and the highway. Thomas even had a cold bottle of wine waiting upon check in. Sheets were squeaky clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay again!!

Desiree was great!! My daughter and I traveled for a cheer competition and knew nothing of the area! Desiree made us feel right at home and like I had a friend in the city. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns! A great host! Loved the balcony for morning coffee!

John was very available and easy to communicate with. Checkin was very easy even with us arriving very late in the evening. He also accommodated a late checkout which was very much appreciated.

Convenient location in Brookwood, between Midtown and Buckhead! Although in busy area, building is tucked in an upscale residential neighborhood. Walkable to a few restaurants or a short drive to many other restaurants, attractions etc. Unit has nice balcony with a midtown view and good sunlight. Security is good with key FOB for all entries and elevator. Communication prior to the stay/check-out/post stay were proactive. My family of 3 adults was very comfortable here and we will return when visiting.

When in Atlanta, my wife and I always look to book with Adriana and it is absolutely ALWAYS an absolute pleasure. She is kind and considerate and responsive and the location is amazing. Cozy and feels like home as always!

Condo was just as described and had everything we needed. Kristy was very helpful. She responded quickly to all my questions. Having the parking spot was very helpful.
