Safe, Clean and Private Garden Loft Apartment.

Apartment is entire second floor of 1920's vintage house on a quiet, tree-lined street in the Virginia Highlands neighborhood of Atlanta. The space was renovated in 1991 and is light-filled and airy. The only entrance is a private one, and is reached by a flight of 10 steps. It is a short walk to the vibrant Virginia Highlands area with shops, restaurants and more. Close to Piedmont Park, the Botanical Garden, the Beltline. We are spacing rentals out for very complete cleaning between guests.

Studio apartment less than 200 ft from beautiful Piedmont Park. Located in a small 3 unit building, I have reserved off street parking space. (Rare) I live in the suburbs and this is my (intown) place, I am usually here a couple of days a week. I have all the comforts needed, cable, HBO, SHOWTIME, Netflix, wireless internet, Kurig , and most kitchen appliances and utensils. This is a NO Smoking Apartment
