Great location, very responsive host. The place is bigger in person than the pictures, it’s huge there!

This two bedroom was centrally located in a quiet apartment building. It was the perfect place for people visiting downtown Milwaukee and enjoying the culture of this city. If you enjoy walking, You can walk everywhere downtown and cover many neighborhoods. Having a free parking spot helped when visiting other areas outside of downtown. We truly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb.

This was a great place to stay. We love the Third Ward area and it's a great area to be able to walk around, very safe and lot's of things to do! Jake's place was very clean and spacious and was perfect for our trip. The parking spot was also nice to have. Jake was extremely responsive and helpful any time we had a question. I will absolutely look to stay here again the next time we visit Milwaukee!

Not well stocked if you plan on doing any cooking, but it had everything we needed for our visit.

Great location. Great communication from host. Everything was quite easy and instructions were easy to follow. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed having the loft area to sleep in and was a fun area for them to hang out. The layout of the unit was perfect for our two families that stayed here. I would say the only negative of our experience was having to work extra hard to keep our kids from disturbing the people staying below us. You can very easily hear noises coming from other units. Not that this is a fault of the hosts, but just something to keep in mind if you are planning to stay here with small kids. They will likely be loud and bothersome to whomever is staying below :) Overall, we had a great stay and thought this place was perfect for what we needed.

Wonderful space, if you're to go out on Brady and or water/3rd street... lots of bars and restaurants in both areas, you'll be pleasantly surprised with how walkable it is to both areas. Amazingly secure, key fob to get into the lobby, standard key to use the elevator and then the actually unit also locks aswell. Don't have much to say other than there's plenty of space for 6 people, great balcony with walls on either side and a roof, tub with jet, and a nice projector down the spiral staircase. I hope you get to enjoy your space as much as I did.

Great place for a group of friends/family to get together. Close enough to downtown Milwaukee to be able to explore whatever you want. Nice hosts who are responsive and helpful.

Overall, Excellent stay and accommodations. There are quirks or features with an old building/condo that is of no fault of the host. 1. The door lock. You use the key to unlatch it rather than turning the knob. Door itself has a vent = light and noise leak. 2. Building with community boiler and ventilation system, room temp control was inconsistent. Also shared vent means shared smells. 3. The bathroom sink faucets take some getting used to with separate hot and cold spouts. The hot spout was loose so it could use tightening. 4. Good shower pressure but the airflow causes the clear shower liner to blow inwards onto you. Perhaps a bowed rod may help? Also, the wide swath shower head sprays out to the floor when the curtain is open. Overall, clean room and clean linens. Ample storage for your clothes. Comfortable bed. A desk/office nook. Kitchen functions well with supplies, dishes, utensils and basic pantry items. Accessible cleaning supplies.

Jake's place is in an excellent location in Milwaukee's Third Ward. Close to great restaurants, especially Saffron and Onesto. The apartment was comfortable and had an excellent kitchen and bathroom. Would recommend.

The Condo was very nice looks like the pictures. Very clean, Odell was very nice always responded back in a timely manor. Kitchen, bathrooms, were clean. The place was very clean. Great place to book.

Beautiful modern facility. Perfect for bridal preparations with great natural light. The place was spotless and Lisa was very easy to work with. It's a bit noisy but expected with the location. We would definitely recommend this to others.
