Definitely enjoyed our stay in Iloilo. The place is near to the restaurants we’re looking forward to dine in (eg, Tatoy’s, Netong’s). There’s a number of nearby pasalubong places and walkable spots within the city such as a Biscocho House branch and the Esplanade. The place also was cool, windy, and safe. The unit is clean and the guards are kind and hospitable.

Hazel was responsive and helped with getting me acclimated to the airbnb. It was extremely seamless once I arrived at the property. The property grounds is nice and I felt very secure, especially because they have security 24/7. The location of the place is a little bit away from town, but it's a nice escape from all the touristy areas. I'd stay again if I come back.

- Walking distance to Festive Walk / Festive Mall / ILOMOCA museum, lots of places to do around the area. - The place also has good amenities, pool, gym, recreational areas, etc. - Spacious, clean and WFH-friendly. Plenty of storage as well. Overall, we had a nice stay and it is worth the price.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Reyginea’s unit. It’s clean, with an awesome sunset view. Everything we needed was provided for. She’s very responsive to our queries

Sherwyn’s condo unit was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.Communication was seamless! He was very responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

The host and the co-host are very responsive. They made sure to provide us with all the details necessary for the check in and the stay. The condo is in a gated community and the ground and the building are very nice looking. The view from the balcony was also pleasant lots of trees and greenery, less buildings than I expected. The Room was well kept and very pleasant. The linens and the towels were all clean and smelled fresh. We did encounter one small incident during our stay but since the host was ultimately understanding and we kept open communication, we were able to find a solution. I would be happy to stay on in this condo again in the future.

this is my second time staying here for almost a month. last time i came back from NYC, i also stayed with Krystel. she’s been a very reliable host and made sure my needs were accomodated. totally recommend and would be my first choice everytime im on vacay. 🤗♥️

JJ's place was awesome! Communication with JJ was quick and responsive. They made sure I had everything I needed for the duration of my stay. All in all, everything was great!

I really appreciated the convenience in terms of accessibility; it was easy to catch a tricycle on the street, and finding the place was also very simple thanks to the detailed instructions. The hosts were always available and responsive, which made the stay even more pleasant. The internet was excellent, the bathroom was spotless, the kitchen was very convenient, the bedroom was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Everything you need for a great stay in Calapan!

Relatively fast check in with always working ”janitors” who will fix everything you need. Scooter rentals, tours, taxis, restaurants etc. where all fixed to us by the ”janitors”. Would recommend Malous place!

I had to do a really last-minute booking for my partner as she needed a place to stay for the night, and this place was a lifesaver! The host was super responsive and easy to talk to, so I booked it right away. The location was great, right near Festive Mall, so I was able to order food delivery as well. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, the place was spotless, the Wi-Fi was great, and it looked exactly like the pictures. Thank you so much!

The unit is clean and provided with balcony..perfect for guests who smoke. Host is very responsive and accomodating..the only thing i was disappointed was my daughter wasnt able to swim in the pool coz its under repair and we werent able to sleep well at night coz the videoke sound from outside gets into the room very loudly..but still we enjoyed our stay..will definitely book this place again! Thank you!

Everything was just perfect! The location was excellent, the WiFi was fast, and the living room was spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a large, nice balcony. The clean swimming pool and 24-hour security added to the experience. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

The unit is accessible to a lot of establishments. Unit is clean and spacious for 5-6 persons. Complete kitchen utensils, cooking is not allowed but there is an electric kettle and a microwave to reheat foods. Host is very responsive and nice. Overall, we had a great stay here!

Ms. Lisa’s Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The place was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions. Miss Lisa’s kindness, prompt communication, and attention to detail made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Ermie was very responsive host and is very accommodating. The room amenities were great especially the washer, big fridge and the balcony. Restaurants and stores are near and accessible. Definitely will be booking again.

Good location, secured and accessible to eating & shopping places. Service staff very courteous & helpful. The condo unit is relatively new so it is nice & neat. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the place. Alice was responsive to my queries and requests. Can’t ask for anything more in an Airbnb.

Stayed for two nights, place was really clean and well equipped. The provisions given were amongst the most generous a host could be here in Airbnb. I was also granted free parking access for my motorcycle which is rare. I liked the separation from the living area and the bedroom and I loved that BOTH spaces have their own TV and AIR-CONDITIONING. Great location in the heart of the city, good internet connection and extremely nice place to stay at. 10/10
