Adorable Studio walking to Downtown-Water view

We stayed in apartment 501. It wasn't what is advertised but a lovely 1 bed apartment similar to advertised. Great view from the balcony. Great concierge service as we arrived early morning and wasn't to check in till 3. Communication of checkin and smart code was done that morning from Ahmed and Kirk . Close to the Dubai Mall if you want to walk or a short taxi journey Definitely would recommend

An excellent, spacious, and well presented studio in a walkable distance to everything you need. Hussain’s communication was excellent throughout our stay, and they were incredibly accommodating by helping us adjust our stay at the very last minute due to a change of plans/circumstances on our end. This Airbnb had the most incredible view of the fountains and downtown Dubai, and the host was very accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to Joy for coordinating us keeping our luggage at the Airbnb while we roamed around.

The Host was very informative and proactive in communication. Clear instructions were given on how to entre the building as well as how to operate the TV. The location was excellent with a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. We had a hire car and parking was directly underground the building so the car was in the shade. We loved the call to prayer at 5:30am and enjoyed listening to is as an excellent way to gently wake up. The flat had all the amenities you could want for a short stay.

Iconic Marina & Sea Views from the 52nd floor

Location is great. Many nearby stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. You need a car pass if you are driving to get inside the parking entrance. Host Andra brought it down for us and helped us to park in the right place. Very nice views from the apartment. Very spacious rooms with plenty of storage drawers/closets and vanities although beds could use a mattress upgrade. Very nice balconies with views of Palm Jumeirah and as far as Burj Khalifa on a clear day. Full kitchen (could use some more utensils and a toaster). Could have used some more towels as well. Bring some basics with you (or buy from the store downstairs) like salt/pepper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid etc if you are planning to cook. There was a box in the kitchen with free Tea bags and sugar. Host Andra was very nice and responsive to messages. There was a small water leak from the bathroom ceiling which she promptly got fixed through her maintenance staff. Overall a great experience!

Excellent location and good value for the central Dubai Marina stay. View was amazing, everything was easy to reach. Great communication with the "management" and attentive to our needs, easy check in and easy check out. Shops, restaurants and the beach are 5 min away. We would def recommend it.

The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the sea and the iconic Ferris wheel, which made every morning special. The location is unbeatable—just 20 meters from the lively promenade and only 100 meters from the beach. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated. The two newly renovated bedrooms offer great comfort, and the living area is perfect for unwinding after a day out. Filippo is the best host whom I had contact,everything was perfect. People who are rent apartment in Dubai should learn from Flilippo how to be professional,nice host.(in Dubai is not common) Apartment was super clean, equipped with everything necessary and even better. A big plus is having a parking lot in the building. Very nice building, good swimming pool, Good access to the highway, bus stops nearby, 2 large shops. Communication with Filippo perfect. I recommend from all my heart

My experience at Edgar’s place was amazing! The place made me feel at home right away. really appreciated the quick and detailed response whenever I communicated. He was super helpful whenever I had a few problems and was solved right away. The location was perfect for the purpose of my stay as well. The convenience of the location to the station, supermarkets, restaurants and the marina was great. The pool and gym was also very nice. There are so many positive things I could say but I really loved the place and highly recommend it!!!! Thank you Edgar and Maryam for making my stay an awesome stay!!!!!!! I would definitely want to come back and stay again!!!!

I had an extremely pleasant stay in a beautiful residential community. The private beach, private gym, and grocery store in the parking lot were all very convenient. The flat was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Sarbjeet Singh, the guest service team member, was very pleasant and always available to solve minor issues. I highly recommend staying here.

Alaa is an awesome host! He is very responsive and friendly. He did put effort on managing the house to which comes with smart home systems too. If you are looking for a place where close to downtown city at a reasonable price, this is one of the best option. Take note: driving is essential for travel.
