Super cute and convenient spot. I’ll definitely be staying again. The only thing to note is the noise level. Could hear the people in the unit above me walking and thumping around. Not a huge deal but something to keep in mind for anyone sensitive to that.

Perfect Stay – Felt Just Like Home! Christelle’s place was absolutely perfect and accommodated all of my needs. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Everything was exactly as shown in the listing photos—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Christelle is truly an outstanding host with a warm and caring spirit. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Her hospitality made my experience in Minnesota even more enjoyable. This was by far the cleanest and most comfortable place I’ve stayed in since coming to Minnesota. If her place is available when I return, I won’t hesitate to book again. Don’t think twice—if you’re considering this Airbnb, go ahead and book it! You won’t regret it.

It was a wonderful easy place to stay. I will say that the upstairs neighbors were kinda unexpected but that may have been just my own misunderstanding. The unit is a whole unit to yourself, underneath a space being occupied. It wasn’t a huge deal just something to note! Everything was great and would absolutely stay again! Thanks!

Great place to stay for my 4 month internship. Vicki was quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Family on the lower level is very nice, quiet, and always helpful. Loved having my own space, felt very comfortable the moment I walked in!

Great little apartment, comfortable, and very walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. Whittier is a great neighborhood. Host was very responsive to requests and allowed us to check out late since we had a late flight. Only complaint was that the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival and I had to ask for supplies to clean it myself. The rest of the place was very clean, however. Bed is very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying here so much! There was plenty of room for the 10 of us, everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were, and the kitchen area was perfect for our attempt at a jigsaw puzzle!

My family and I had another wonderful stay at Mary and Keith’s lovely place! Everything about this house is warm, inviting, well-stocked, and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

I met my best friend for the weekend and the house was perfectly suited for the two of us. The house was exceptionally clean, well stocked and nicely updated with modern touches. The central location made it easy to get back and forth to Minneapolis, as well as the various places we went to in St. Paul. Jean-Claude was a responsive and communicative host. My wife and I are frequent Airbnb users and very (very!) particular about where we stay. We'd recommend this place without reservation - and hope to be back some day.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lynda’s place. It was the perfect home away from home for my work week. Lynda had thought of everything to make the stay comfortable & homey. I hope to stay again when I am in the area & have more time to check out the neighborhood!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Goodrich House! The home was incredibly cozy and inviting, offering plenty of entertainment options, including games, books, TVs, and even a record player stocked with classic rock albums from the 1970s—a nostalgic and unique touch that we loved. Although our visit to St. Paul coincided with some of the coldest days of the year (-17°F at night and highs ranging from -3°F to -7°F), the Goodrich House provided a warm and comfortable haven from the frigid temperatures. The location was perfect—convenient to a variety of restaurants and key spots around town. We also appreciated the well-appointed kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need, including a Keurig and a filtered water pitcher. Overall, the Goodrich House exceeded our expectations and made our trip to St. Paul memorable despite the weather. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

We loved our stay at Amy’s place! It has everything you need for an enjoyable visit - comfy bed, nice kitchen, easy parking, to name a few. It’s also very close to excellent restaurants. We’d love to stay there again!

Mark was very kind throughout the whole processes . The place was nice and clean. There were extra towels, blankets, pillows. All the things you need were available . Mark responded quickly and understanding to our situation. My family and I loved it. It felt right at home. I Definitely would come back if ever in Minnesota again ♥️

Chris was always responsive. If we had a question, he was always available. It's a great location within walking distance of several bars, restaurants, and even the Target Center although that would be about 20m walking.

We had a great stay at John's place. It was easy to get to from the airport and close to some shops and restaurants in the area. The space was comfy and designed well. John was very communicative and helpful throughout our time there. Would definitely stay there again!

This place totally met our needs, plenty of space to relax and hang out. The pool was perfect! Workout facilities were adequate to allow us to not get too off track! Great value!

Overall great stay, beautiful apartment, so much room for my husband and I and our two year old. Her pack and play fit in the closet which was a great dark place for her to sleep. Just fyi there is no pack and play at the air bnb so we had to bring one. Linens were nice and clean, lots of space, nicely stocked in kitchen area (although no spices besides salt and pepper and no oil). Plenty of washer pods and dishwasher pods which was helpful. Super clean and I’m very picky. Loved having the common areas as well since it is so cold outside we could have some room. Gym was awesome!

A very cozy stay with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. A quiet neighborhood where we met some friendly people. There's two bars that's not even a five-minute walk away, there's bus routes nearby, and takes just about twenty minutes to walk to the light rail which can take you to Mall of America, the airport, central Minneapolis, and St Paul. Highly recommended!

It was a quiet, clean and peaceful place, and conveniently located. Would recommend for anyone who needs a quaint, we'll furnished place to stay in Mankato.

Place was perfect! Clean and walking distance from restaurants. Parking on premises was a hit given the snow and cold weather during my stay. Check-in/out was simple and bed was comfortable. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean place with good amenities and walking distance to restaurants, this is your place! Host was proactive, friendly and very responsive. Would 100% recommend staying here.
