Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

The house is located in front of the sea & at the flank of Cala en Blanes, were there is several places to jump into the sea or enjoy a bath in the open sea using the stairs available in several locations at the flank of the Cala. Or simply enjoy a long relaxing swim in the private house pool. The stunning cliffs of the area surrounds the house making it a amazing location to enjoy the view sea and the quietness of the area.

Relax with the whole family! Private house next to the beach, with private garden/terrace and very uncrowded community pool. Capacity for 7 people: 4 rooms (3 double and 1 single) and 2 full bathrooms. The location is fantastic due to its proximity to Ciutadella (5 min by car or 15 min by bike), the beach (4 min walk), and the horseback trail (3 min walk). Tranquility and privacy, ideal for families. 2 bikes+high chairs
