Holiday rentals in Miramar

We stayed in the Above the Gulf house for 3 nights while visiting the Monteverde area. The house itself is lovely, very private, well-equipped. We loved the location. Close to restaurants and town, but nestled in a wooded area overlooking the forest and water. Our host Daniela was so helpful in the process, also hooking us up with a fabulous night tour with a very knowledgeable guide. The compound has a very nice park!play area and an outdoor breakfast if you choose. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Alex’s place with our two year old! The condo complex is very family friendly, safe and quiet! Alex’s place had everything we needed for our family and he was a responsive, accommodating host! Quick walk to the beach with plenty of things around to do, see and eat. We loved Jaco!

Such a beautiful, modern home with stellar views! The sunsets did not disappoint! Ingrid is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! There is a reason she’s a rated a superhost. Just a tip, if you’re traveling to the area for the 1st time make sure you have a 4x4 vehicle with high clearance, the surrounding roads (and the one to the house) would be very challenging with a small car or low sedan.

Excellent place in an an unbeatable location. Walking distance to the beach and everything in North Santa Teresa. The layout is great and very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Roy is fantastic and very responsive with any needs you might have. The pool and covered porch with fans are perfect to cool off and hang out. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

In short, a super nice place to get out of the routine,away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, the stay is very pleasant, We will be back in our new mini vacations. Thanks guys did our spectacular 👌 10/10 walk

This spot was so cute! Super close to the beach/center of town/park, all easily walkable. Having access to the pool at NYA Hotel was a huge plus, since the very "in the middle of it all" location made it so that keeping the windows open at the house was too noisy/not safe. The photos of the pool don't do it justice and we saw a troupe of monkeys in the trees right from our lounge chairs.

Totally worth it, the villa is super equipped, clean, tidy. Super friendly Luciano would answer our questions in time and kindly. It's definitely a place I'd come back every time I visit Santa Teresa. Only the street of entrance to the villa is not in such a good condition but nevertheless if it manages to arrive without any problem.

We enjoyed our stay. Irina was exact with the information. The place is walking distance to the beach and Jaco downtown. Many restaurant, grocery and liquor store near by. The gate security are serious on arrival at check in, turn very friendly after confirmation of ID. I suggest you have all info Irina provides you close and your identification handy to ease the process. Our stay was super, miles of great beaches. Thanks Irina, super place! Line, On, Canada
