What a lovely break in this peaceful place! I wish I could have done it longer, it feels so good! 🤩 The host couple is really very charming, responsive and attentive... The place was spotless, with high quality materials (The bathroom in particular …) Really in love with this little piece of heaven!🤩 I recommend it of course!!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

Very nice hosts who also give you privacy. Clean accommodation. Pool is super nice and clean, the garden is well laid out as a screen. The dog Max is very sweet. We felt very comfortable. The car ( also camper) can be parked on the property. And Sergio has given us very good tips for excursions and restaurants. We would love to come back. Best regards to Giancarla and Sergio.

We had a great time! The location of the house was for us perfect. Everything, the towns and lake garda was one hour by car. We spend also alot of reading en bbqing in the garden. If you like quiteness this is the perfect location

Lara is a kind and helpful host. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surroundings and the space around the house are amazing. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets over dinner right by the pool will remain unforgettable. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but in a great location. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

The place is very beautiful, clean and very large (accommodates large groups). You must have a car as it's a bit out of town. However, there is plenty of parking. There is a restaurant below which worried me, but it's a fine dining restaurant, there was very little noise. Try the restaurant below, great food.

Your tip on where to eat was perfect, and undoubtedly dinner at a local restaurant and frequented only by Italians away from sights was one of the highlights of our trip. A pity that we were only one night, but it was enough for us to enjoy the beautiful region of Modena and Maranello. Thank you so much for all the affection and hospitality. Beautiful and cozy house, with all kinds of comforts. Beautiful bedrooms, spacious with very comfortable beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a very spacious shower. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, and armchair. The perfect porch to admire the stars in the tranquility of the surrounding nature. Very kind host, clear and helpful. If there's an opportunity, we'll definitely be back!

It was a great place. it is very close to the train station and about 10min far from the hustorical part of the city on foot. The area is safe, calm and quiet. the appartment is nice like on the photos. We were so satisfied with the flat.

I had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s place! The location is perfect—within walking distance to key attractions like the Enzo Ferrari Museum, the central market, and excellent shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was peaceful, spotless, and equipped with a full kitchen, which was great for preparing meals. The check-in process was seamless with Wi-Fi access, and Nicola was an incredibly responsive host, providing thoughtful recommendations that made my trip even better. Highly recommend staying here!

The place is very nice, spacious, with 6 comfortable beds. The location is great, the inner courtyard is pleasant and comfortable. Via Orfeo is close to the center, close to Piazza Santo Stefano. Below the house there are nice places for aperitifs and dinners.

The place was as described and really worth the price. It wasn't the easiest to find in the dark, but the host was very kind and very helpful and accommodated us in every way. Hugely recommend if you have a car and plan to visit the region.

Beautiful little apartment, very close to Unipol arena by car. Ilenia was very attentive and promptly saw to any needs that arose.

The rolling hills outside Bologna was an outstanding place to stay a little off the beaten track. Very close to the historic center of Bologna, but very quiet and beautiful. The photos do not do it justice (it is better in person). Silvia was super helpful in making sure everything went well. Definitely stay here!
