Kathi was an amazing host. I was out there for a birthday get away and she baked me some cookies. : ) Kathi is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The place is clean, charming, and relaxing. The garden is beautiful and has a rejuvenating Zen vibe. Definitely will recommend!!

Elissa was very responsive, when we had run out of dish soap and some basic amenities we were able to receive it in a timely manner even though it was last second request. The airbnb was very clean and was accurate as listed.

The place was extremely clean, and well put together! They provided snacks for us, as well as games! The Place was spacious and just right for the amount of guests we had!! The owners were very understanding as well and the location was near everything we wanted to do during our stay!:)

What a gem! Highly recommended from just about every angle. The home is cozy and beautiful, but what really stands out are the amenities and the thoughtfulness of super-host Kim. The hot tub is perfect, as is the fire pit, and the home is decked out as fully as your own home, just much better organized and labeled. Dozens of games, a stocked kitchen, a shed full of beach and outdoor equipment, and so much more. Kim's 40-page homemade booklet of San Diego recommendations informed our stay in meaningful ways. Go for it -- a perfect base for your San Diego stay!

Great spot really close to all the best restaurants/bars in the Gaslamp, but peacefully secluded with a gated courtyard between you and the streets. The space itself was very nice for myself to do some work while attending a conference at the convention center. There was no ironing board but luckily I didn’t need one, so there is nothing more I could have wanted out of this stay.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was super cozy and the bed was definitely comfortable. Great location and everything is with in walking distance. We will definitely be staying at Gray's next trip to San Diego!

The bathroom was very clean, nicely renovated and well supplied with toiletries. The light blue couch was very comfortable to sleep on, however I wish I had 2 sheets to cover the couch and one more sheet or a duvet for the blanket. The place was easy drive to anywhere we needed to go. The private parking spot was definitely a win! We loved the candles that we used. Thank you, Ashlyn!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotless and so well-kept — it really made me feel at home. Brenden was super responsive to any messages I sent, which made check-in and the whole stay smooth and easy. It’s a cute, cozy spot in a great location, just a few minutes' drive to everything in the city. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely come back next time I’m in town. This was the most perfect place for my fiance and our fur baby! Everything was perfect from the outside to the inside. We truly enjoyed the beautiful back patio. Such a beautiful home and we can’t wait to stay here again in the future. Everything we needed was provided and we have zero complaints!

Second time staying at one of Brent’s properties. Close to everything, safe and quiet location with easy parking. Comfortable bed and layout. Responsive and friendly communication. I’d definitely stay again.

Our family had the best stay at Bruce’s place. It’s a beautifully maintained property and so relaxing yet many activities to do! The kids loved the pool and ping pong tables, the fire pit for s’mores, pool, but especially the “outdoor living room” with a tv to watch movies or listen to music. We can’t wait to return! It’s a great property that is perfect for large groups- from families, bachelors or bachelorette parties, girls get away, etc.

Great staying experience! We enjoyed our cozy night thanks to the large screen, which enabled us to watch Netflix movies together. The coffee machines are easy to use, and we enjoyed our refreshing morning thanks to the K-cup and ground coffee kindly provided by Miguel!!

Overall our stay was wonderful! The place was able to accommodate my group comfortably. Sahar is a great communicator and friendly! I would book with them again.

Truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the linens were fresh and cozy, there was a surplus of pillows, towels, cozy blankets, toilet paper, paper towels literally anything you could need. The kitchen has EVERY SINGLE appliance you need for any situation. The garage comes with an opener which is so incredibly convenient. The patio furniture was so clean crips and comfortable. The grill is easy to use and so accessible. And the best thing about this home was/is the hosts, the most kind and friendly people, the responded within the hour Everytime, there was a response that was thoughtful and always had a solution. Seriously counting the days till we can come back! It is a beautiful family stay, fun little party pad or just a couples relaxation vacation. Best rental in SD

This place is very clean and feels at home. My friends and I enjoy staying in this Condo! It’s a in private area, everything was easy access and safe.

Great place had a minor issue with the code to the lockbox upon checking in but in the end Gonzalo was quick to resolve

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

excellent communication from the host, a place that is undoubtedly very comfortable and safe, you will feel at home, totally recommended. 5 minutes from the hot stadium for those who go to an event.

By far the best place in TJ! Would highly recommend. The place felt right at home and opens up to a beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely clean and easy to access. Will be staying here every time!

Our stay was great!! Having a nice private backyard sitting area was so nice to enjoy. Anything we could have forgotten or needed was there. Very cute place!
