Perfect little getaway spot! Cabin was super cute with unique features. We loved being able to fish right off the back deck and the paddle boat was also a fun extra. The property is picture perfect and peaceful. Hosts were also wonderful and very responsive, thank you!

If you are horse showing at the National Equestrian Center, this place is for you! The bathroom is huge, and the home is very clean and you will feel right at home

The facility was absolutely beautiful and the home was awesome...well appointed, comfy, had extra treats, coffee pods, wonderful gas fireplace...all located in a beautiful and tranquill setting...this is my most favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in and I will definitely be back when I am in the area! Mark was an awesome host, and was always punctual with any questions I had. He even accomodated an early morning check-out, as I had a super early flight, and took care of some things for me that I would have typically taken care of myself...OUTSTANDING venue, all kitchen utensils, ingredients, appliances, etc. were on site...clean towels, linens, etc. on site...washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets on site, which were very nice to have...other Airbnb's require you purchase your own...I only went to the grocery story once the entire week, as this Airbnb was so well stocked...beautifully decorated as well, and awesome country setting...I would recommend this to everyone!! :)

This place is amazing. There were 6 couples that stayed the weekend and you never felt crowded. In fact there were certain portions of the house we never went into other than to check it out the place is so big

Laura is without a doubt, the friendliest host we’ve come across. She lets you know what you need and what you don’t. The property is as described and all the animals will welcome you to the Magic Land. We had an amazing time being able to roam the property and interact with the dogs and chickens. This was the most unique AirBnB experience we’ve been able to have and loved every minute of it.

Bob’s place was private, cozy, and pretty. We were warm with the wooden stove in the coldness is November. I appreciated the tiny bath house; the stained glass window was especially pretty. My partner and I warmed dinner over the smoker, and enjoyed talking at the kitchen table without the constant nagging of phones. I also enjoyed walking through the creek; there were cool bluff areas to view. I came back home feeling refreshed. There are good vibes at this place!

Great place! Everything I needed, very clean. Felt very welcome by the hosts, and by the beautiful, friendly dogs. Ideal country get-away from the city.

We had an adventure packed, fun weekend, camping, celebrating His resurrection and my birthday April 18-20. I had a splendid birthday. The weather forecast was rainy and stormy, so we packed lots of muck boots and an instant pot. We slid around and tromped in the mud. With the background of the green of the trees and the post-storm calm, and the white horse grazing, it looked like a fairy tale. The brown horses in the field were breathtaking. I felt so good being out there, in the wide open spaces, and with the animals. Some GI symptoms I'd been having at home were completely gone while there. The tent, or yurt, kept us wonderfully dry. So thankful for this stay.

I'm so glad I chose to stay at Tim's place. It is the coziest little farmhouse, filled with antiques. I wish I had more time to read some of the interesting books there. Unfortunately, I was in town for work, so when I got back to the house I was too exhausted to do much besides just shower and get into bed. I slept in the room with the brass bed and it was SO comfortable. Every morning I dreaded getting up! The property is gorgeous, and I loved just looking out of the window, watching the birds and squirrels. Once, a turkey casually strolled right past the window where I was sitting. I didn't go down to the lake, but it looked lovely. Tim was very responsive any time I had a question, and I would highly recommend this place!

We celebrated my birthday here with my fiancé, and everything was just as we planned—quiet and peaceful. It was such a lovely place to stay! The house was spotless, clean, and cozy. It felt so private and serene. We’re already planning to come back. Thank you for everything! 🤍

Rock Valley Ranch Farmhouse was a great place to stay to unplug and reground! My friends and I loved the proximity and distance from KC (not too far and not too close) to really feel like we were away from home but could still access high end grocery stores. This ranch is a great place for big groups and families.

Cindi has been a great host to all our guests. Quiet place to stay. I would definitely recommend.

The place is lovely, and great for our business retreat. The bedrooms were spaces appropriately that we each had a feeling of privacy. We had many options for group breakouts and the table in the kitchen allowed for great discussions and fantastic group work. Nancy was very responsive as a host and accommodated our requests. The surroundings were quiet and great area for walking when we needed a break. The only thing that was not as advertised is there are not two kitchens, the one on the main level worked for our needs. Thanks so much for a great place to host our business retreat!!

our 2nd stay here in Stewartsville. about 1 mile off the highway on the main street in town. I've been staying at Airbnbs since 2014 and this place is in my top 3. it is about an hour to Kansas City, so if you don't mind the drive it's perfect. it's in an old building with hardwood floors, so the sound from the upstairs neighbors were a bit loud one night. it sounded like they had boots on. Charity has all the utensils and cookware you would need, even a cockpot ( ill remember this for next year) highly recommend place to stay. Just 1 mile south it's pitch dark at night so we went to see the stars in the night sky too. Bravo Zulu!!

Absolutely loved our stay. We did a quick visit to look at real estate in the area and this was the perfect private accommodation to stay at. Having the host nearby on site, warm and welcoming without being intrusive, we give this 5 stars plus! We will stay again and recommend this Airbnb to family when they visit us in the future (once we've moved to the area). Fully stocked with supplies to be self sufficient was a bonus. We walked the neighborhood and felt such peacefulness and beauty surrounding us. If you are looking for a pristine clean and quiet country setting, look no further! The king size bed was so comfortable, the decor was inviting and the options available to sleep more than 2 is great! The ease of booking, check-in and check-out was above and beyond exceptional. If you want to get your family together, this is the place! Tom and Abbey are fantastic hosts and great people. We were treated a tour of the working farm-- our grandsons even got to help collect eggs from the hen house. Two of the bedrooms are quite large with luxury en suite baths. The third bedroom has a full bathroom next door. There's plenty of room to spread out, and plenty of seating to spend time together. Two fully functioning kitchens, with one equipped to suit most needs. The ranch is 60-ish acres and quiet, except for the occasional peacock, chicken, guinea or goose sound. We can't wait to go back!!!

This was my 4th time staying at Elaine’s and it was perfect as always. The home is always spotless and she always includes a few special touches (this time she left some great pasta for us to cook). It is such a peaceful and quiet place and is a wonderful getaway. Elaine always makes us feel welcome and can’t wait until my next visit!
