Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most wooded and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly at the Müggelspree about 500 m from Lake Müggel. The apartment offers space for 2 people with child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow for a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dish-washer, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. In addition, we offer you a sitting area with TV, a separate workspace with desk, as well as internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels provided) is under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, they are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to a cozy stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is secured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spreetunnel. At Müggelsee you have the possibility to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. With the tram you can get into the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Rathaus of Köpenick with a Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram) you can immerse yourself in the big city hustle and bustle of Berlin after 30 minutes.

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. No designer tiny house with standard Ikea furniture. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Our house is located only 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a protected landscape area . There is a direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but which is usually only used as fishing waters. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, W-LAN, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, Hollywood swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2min walk to the S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz and 5min walk to the Rummelsburger Bay on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can be booked at any time with me.
