Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak trees even come from our own Upper Lusatian forest. You can admire the sunset right on the lake and relax properly. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise about 150 m away.

The cottage is located on the shore of the Milčanský Pond, about 13 min by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine and cross forest. We discovered it by accident, and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as expected, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

Our accommodation is located in the attic of an apartment building, is centrally located and not far from the train station, bus stop is in front of the house. The apartment is inhabited by me from time to time, but most of the time I am with my partner, so the apartment is mostly empty and is available for them. Washing machine and coin dryers in the basement can be used.
