Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mittersill

Everything as described in their listing. Spacious home near the ski bus that takes you directly to two ski lifts. Would stay again!

We spent a week at Kerstin and Karoline's airbnb with ski holidays. The house is insane. Spacious and sparkling clean, a lovely stove, a fantastically equipped kitchen. a 2nd toilet (is not in the listing), a large garden and a garage to park the car (convenient for frost and snow). There was a lot of information about the area and games and books. Karoline and Kerstin were always easily accessible with the questions we had and also very helpful. Public transport is also easily accessible, so you can take the train and bus. It is really a fantastic house, should you be so happy that you can book it then it is advice Doing!

Friendly and flexible host, spacious and clean apartment in quiet side street.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

We stayed for a ski trip as a family of 4 with kids aged 11 and 9. It’s about a 10 min walk to the ski lifts but we were able to leave our skis and boots at the hire shop so very easy. Plenty of room and a well equipped place with the amazing gym deserving a special mention.

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

We had a lovely time in Brem. The property exudes Bavarian coziness and is close to several hiking trails. Contact with Thomas (via messages) and Peter (on site) worked smoothly and was always very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped. We especially liked having two ponies as direct neighbors. The Achental is always worth a trip. We would definitely come back.

All as described. Very spacious with a nice terrace for cozy evenings.

Jacqueline's rental was nicer than I expected! There were lots of windows to look out at the amazing mountain view! The place was pretty large, with several couches for sitting and reading, a nice little kitchen and a very clean bathroom. I didn't have time to use the nice hot tub or wood stove, but if I had stayed longer I for sure would have done that! The apartment was decorated nicely and she also had some coffee, tea and snacks available. Jacqueline was so friendly, and I felt welcomed and could ask questions as needed! I highly recommend!

We had an awesome week on the slopes! The apartment was really nice, check-in was easy and we had no problems at all. Only thing that was surprising was that since the apartment was for up to 9 people, we expected 3 rooms, but there were only 2 rooms with 3 beeds (1 double, 1 single) and one couch. But overall great place - would recommend!

Great space & great location for skiing! 2 min walk to main lift & supermarket. Excellent ski school opposite (Hartweger’s)! Had everything we needed for a great stay! Alexandra always responded quickly!

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. Two bathrooms, a large kitchen table and sofa are great for a larger number of guests. Nadia responded quickly to messages and resolved everything right away. An underground garage is also a big advantage.

Near the Alpine, a lot of attractions near the Alpine, it's a good place to stay and enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood. This time, it's a pity to stay for a day, otherwise you'll love this place more... It's very close to the city's supermarket. It's easy to get up in the morning and you can hear the sound of the water and the birds. It's even better.

Edith and Helmut are perfect hosts. They greeted us at the apartment and gave detailed information that made our stay so easy. It’s very close to the Old Town and impeccably clean. The Mozart chocolates on arrival were a nice touch and we appreciated Edith calling us a taxi for our departure.

Thank you Bea for sharing his apartment with us.We arrived precisely to the accommodation following the information Bea provided, with private parking in front of the door, and Bea warmly accommodated us and provided a lot of travel tips and information.The next day I did not drive, about 3 minutes walk at the accommodation, there is a bus stop that goes directly to the downtown area of Salzburg, which is very convenient.The apartment is clean and fully equipped with shopping mart and outlet mall 5 minutes by car.Very satisfied accommodation for this trip. I had a fantastic stay at Gabriele’s apartment in Kitzbühel! From the start, she was a wonderful host—communicative, friendly, and incredibly helpful with local tips. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the town center, ski lifts, and scenic hiking trails. The views from the apartment were stunning, making mornings with a coffee on the balcony a real treat. Everything was well-maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home. It's a very high quality furnished apartment and every room has access to the balcony. The location and excursion options are also 1A without having a car! Rainer and his wife are very warm and nice, the area as well as "the home", everything is highly recommended!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! Ingrid was very friendly and helpful, even offering to pick us up from the bus stop and giving us extra wood for the fireplace. A very peaceful getaway in Mondsee.
