We really enjoyed this place, felt right at home, friendly neighborhood and I would recommend this place if you are looking for a private and peaceful surrounding and the private beach is absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nikos was fantastic and the house was perfect. We were evacuating for a hurricane and were able to very comfortably sleep 5 with more than enough room for everyone. My mom and aunt took an hour drive to visit a casino during the stay and Pensacola FL is a very short drive as well. The house feels like a nice retreat out among fields but the closest town is like 1 mile away. The last few times I’ve rented through apps I’ve felt like there was a bait and switch. Pictures taken in a way to give you an impression of the place that far exceeds reality. This place was not like that at all. It’s a very nice property and it’s very clean, very roomy, and very inviting. Nikos was also fantastic. He was very attentive and you could tell he wants people that stay at the house to have a good experience. Highly recommend.

Brad’s place was beautiful. It was perfect for our family’s stay. The pool was heated, as stated in the description, and we were a short walk to the beach. It exceeded our expectations.

The home had everything we needed. It is located in a friendly and walkable neighborhood, and has a grocery store as well as restaurants close by. We enjoyed our week there very much.

My crew was in town from Fort Worth working on a few landscaping projects nearby. It was great to have such a nice place for them so close to work. We will definitely book again.

Great with kids. Easy walk to the beach, great beach equipment and a nice pool. Very spacious feeling.

This how was everything as described plus some. My family and I didn’t have to worry about anything but food. Kim was great with communication and made our stay a great one. We’re already planning to book again soon!

Beautiful house and setting! Very peaceful, well appointed and stocked. Had several extras, like fishing poles, crab pots at the pier, pool toys & rafts, plenty of outdoor seating areas, dishwasher pods and laundry pods! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay. The water and snacks were a nice and welcoming surprise. It was almost like being at home and that's saying a lot because we're a big family. We weren't missing much to meet our needs and to keep to our usual routines. I especially appreciated the amount of towels available and the additional supplies, in general. We didn't use the laundry facilities but it was nice to know that was available if we needed it. I also loved that we could sign into the SMART TVs and watch our usual shows. Thank you for hosting my family and for providing a warm home away from home.

The house was so beautifully decorated. The area was lovely. The patio and back yard was so peaceful just sitting out back drinking coffe and watching my dog run around it was perfect.

Great location made for an awesome stay!

I can’t say enough about this rental. First of all, it was spotless and everything seems new. It is in a great location on the canal and only two blocks from the beach. There is a wagon provided that you can take to the beach. Beach access was super simple. A few blocks away were plenty of restaurants and tons of shopping, but the place itself was quiet. The master bedroom is huge and so is the master bath. The second bedroom has a double bed with a twin bunk bed over it. The room is smaller, but has a balcony. The master bedroom has a balcony also. There are two balconies on the top floor where the main rooms are. You definitely have to climb some stairs in this property. The bedrooms are on the main level up one staircase and the kitchen dining room and TV room are on the next level up. Plenty of cookware and utensils. Appliances seemed new. We never had to speak to the realty company once. Everything was exactly as listed. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

We loved our stay at sand y sol! The neighborhood was great. The walk to the beach was very manageable even with small kids. There was even a beach wagon to haul stuff to and from the beach. Being able to leave our canopy up all week was a huge plus for our family. We absolutely loved the are and the beach itself was wonderful!

Our family of 5 with 3 grown sons felt right at home. We loved the house and everyone had their own bathroom! We enjoyed the pool, pickle ball courts, riding bikes and 2 of the boys enjoyed several days of golf! Dee Anna was the best host! She answered every question with a timely response! We would love to come back next year!

We stayed 30 days to get out of the cold from Ohio. It was close to the beaches, State Parks and restaurants. Christian was very response if we have any issues or questions. I would recommend this rental.

Our stay was for 29 days, not only was the property just like the pictures plus a grill and chairs in the back yard, Martha was kind enough to reach out to us about 1/2 way thru our stay just to make sure we didn't need anything else due to the extended stay. Will definitely search to see if this property is available when we come back down.

The Hive was big, new, clean, and only steps from the pool. We were able to park our vintage limo under the house, so it stayed nice and cool. Everything worked and the place was well stocked. More importantly, the beach wagon was easily the best I've ever used. When we booked, we were concerned about the beach being too far away or a hassle to get to, but it couldn't have been easier (honestly it added about 3 yards walk compared to actually staying in a beach side condo). I plan to stay here again. Great place!

Easy check in. we were short blankets, dish soap and laundry soap. she brought them the following morning. thank you. great little house. everything we needed. super clean!

The location of this home is wonderful! Close enough to everything while feeling secluded and private. The home is adorable and clean. Leon made sure to communicate all check in and out instructions in a timely manner. The guestbook gave us great recommendations for restaurants and we loved adding our own experiences. I would absolutely stay there again!!

We had a great stay at the Happy ours hangout! The house was perfect for 5 adults and 4 kids! We loved the walking distance to the beach, the pool in the backyard and the location was great! Underneath the house is a great hangout area that leads to an outdoor bar and pool area. We had the best time cooking out and just hanging by the pool. Heather was very responsive to our messages and even let us check in a day early due to weather. We will definitely be back!
