About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room (couch can be used as a double bed), a room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Supermarkets, pharmacy, drugstore, gas station doctor etc. in the immediate vicinity. The train station can be reached in 2 minutes on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna and Baden. The center of Mödling is about 700 meters away.

Wonderful family apartment near Schönbrunn and Lainzer Tiergarten. The completely newly renovated apartment on the 1st half-story consists of a large bedroom with office corner (double bed and in addition a simple guest bed), another bedroom with 2 single beds (additional crib is available). The tram stop is in the immediate vicinity with direct connections to Schönbrunn as well as to the Westbahnhof and thus to the subway network.

Mödling der Speckgürtel of Vienna makes living special for individualists. Enjoy the quiet location centrally located 100 m from the Schrannenplatz public connections within a few minutes walking distance as well as in any direction to the BAB in a short distance.
