Excellent little cabin very cute little quiet neighborhood! Everything had clear instructions for use and a little notebook for activities. Loved the hot tub in the cold weather. Very glad that I followed Verlas instructions to get to the cabin. Google definitely wanted to route me down crackerjack road. Verla was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful to watch the snow fall while in the hot tub. Easiest check out I've ever had. Adam responded right away. Would stay again.

Well stocked cabin with a really nice indoor fireplace, ample cooking supplies and equipment, nice location, multiple areas for outdoor firepits or just sitting outside. The hot tub mixed with the cold air was really relaxing. Sarah and her husband were very communicative and attentive. This was a nice recharge for the weekend. I'd come back and recommend this location.

The cabin felt very cozy! We had everything an anything we may have needed. We really enjoyed the place so peaceful and got to enjoy the hot tub. Check in process was easy. Would definitely come back an book again. Thank you!

This stay was absolutely beautiful. It’s a bit of a drive to anywhere but that’s apart of the appeal, there is wildlife and a sense of peace. We had a great stay and would stay again.

The carefree cabin was awesome to stay in! I agree with all the comments that if you are going to walk around barefooted, you will be cold because of the floors, so wear socks or something but the many heaters that were available warmed the cabin up pretty well. The hot tub was perfect and private which was neat. Heber offers some pretty good local eats; the red onion and ponderosa café was delicious! There’s also a circle K right down the street that’s 24 hours, which is nice to have available. It is an awesome place to stay in!

Such a great place to stay! Clean, updated and modern! Close to near by towns but far enough away to make you feel secluded. Comfortable and clean, such a great place to visit! I will be back for sure! Great host! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! 10/10

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. It was quiet, secluded, with so many cute additions. It had updated heating and a beautiful gas fireplace which was a cozy bonus. Best of all, it was fenced in safely for my dogs. We had the best time!

The home was homey, clean and fit our needs with three furnished bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen was updated and well stocked with pots, pans, paper towels, plates, silverware, coffee, tea, etc. We were able to wash and dry our clothes using their provided laundry detergent. Nice back porch to enjoy the birds chirping while drinking our money coffee. We saw lots of elk, javelin pigs and deer throughout our stay. We even saw snow one morning, but it melted by noon. Communication was very quick and helpful. So glad we chose this place over everyone else. We hope to return.

our stay was so great! the area was very quiet and friendly. we took many walks around the neighborhood and everyone we passed said hi! the place was cozy and the bed was so comfortable. we felt like we didn’t need to leave anywhere. they had everything we needed. the jacuzzi was such a nice touch to our stay. it snowed on our second night and it was just perfect! it was a little hard to use the grill as the brush didn’t allow us to clean it as much but overall loved it! would love to come back when we need to get away.

We enjoyed everything about this place. We looked outside at one point and were watching deer in the yard. We are looking forward to going again!

A few of my siblings and I wanted to get away for a couple of days and came upon this cabin. It was beautiful, the cabin was just as advertised. Clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed. We didn't have to go into town for anything. Caroline was super helpful and even made sure the fire nearby that was going on before our stay wasn't going to affect us. We definitely want to come back and make this cabin an annual siblings trip spot.

If you are looking for a great place to get away for the weekend and find some peace and quiet, this is it. The location is remote enough to feel secluded while not being too isolated from anything you may need. The place was extremely clean and well kept and had all the amenities needed to feel at home. A main attraction was the back patio which was wrapped with screening to allow you to immerse yourself in the outdoors while still remaining in an indoor type setting. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Pine area!

I think beauty and peace best describe our stay at DMR. Arizona has so much to offer and this amazing quiet corner outside of Payson is quite something. Gino is an outstanding host and individual with so much knowledge of the land and history of, not only Mead Ranch but the entire area. Our cabin was very very comfortable and the envy of my coworkers after returning to work in January and sharing getaways. Gino also showed us the gorgeous renovation he is working on now, a 2nd cabin on the property - can not wait to see it completed in late spring, early summer. I will be a return customer, hands down. We had a great time! Honestly, this cabin was way better than we expected. We ended up with an extra teenager last minute (so 3 instead of 2) and they took over the downstairs and had a blast playing Pac-Man. The hot tub was clean and ready and firewood was provided for a campfire. The kitchen was stocked with the equipment we needed to feed everyone. We saw elk in the yard, the dogs lived sniffing around. All around a great weekend getaway only a 90 minute drive from East Mesa!

We stayed at Kinsey's beautiful cabin for a women's retreat and it was just perfect! She's a great host!

We were in Pine/Strawberry for my son’s wedding and needed a place close to the venue. This place was perfect! Heather is awesome! So pleasant to deal with and very accommodating!! I don’t have a single negative thing to report about our stay! We even saw several elk roaming nearby! Highly, highly recommend!!!

From the beginning Brook was very welcoming and accommodating. It was easy to communicate with her, as she responds fairly quick. The home was perfect with a gorgeous view! We really appreciated all the labels throughout the house, very helpful! Can’t wait to book again!

Loved staying here!! It was the best cabin getaway. Sitting in the hot tub on the deck looking up at the moon and stars was just what we needed. Perfect walking distance to the market. We saw elk, deer and lots of squirrels right in the front yard!! Easy instructions getting in and very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay! Perfect little place for us during the holidays to visit my parents that live in Heber. The bed was very comfortable!! Heater couldn’t keep up real well with the cold but it was fine, especially with the nice blankets available. Everything was clean and welcoming. Christmas decor was a welcoming touch when we arrived!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! The indoor and outdoor gathering spaces were perfect for spending quality time together. The views from the windows were absolutely stunning, and we even spotted some javelina wildlife, which was such a unique experience. The hosts have thoughtfully provided so many helpful items—perfect for anything you might’ve forgotten. The kids especially loved the treehouse and swing in the backyard. It was a peaceful, memorable stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again!
