Holiday rentals with a sauna in Mohawk Valley

The location of the place is great. We stayed on the 6th floor and had one of the most beautiful views. The flat has everything; it is very comfortable and cozy.

I have stayed at the Dr Lee unit several times. Laurie is an amazing host. She is proactive with communication and her instructions are clear. The unit is perfect for our family and the photos are accurate. The location in the center of North Creek is convenient to restaurants and the grocery store.

I had such a great time here! The pictures are very accurate. The place was clean and has such a cool layout. The windows let in so much natural light. Love that there is an even larger kitchen and laundry room available on every floor! The gym is so large and had pretty much everything I needed! Pool, hot tub, sauna, etc all major bonuses. The location is great as it's in the downtown area and so close to restaurants, etc. The hosts were very responsive and so kind. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Erica was very responsive and did everything to make our stay as easy as possible. The apartment was nice and clean and the check-in was seamless. This is a great alternative to hotels in the area!

Building is amazing with lot of to do in it. Apartment is also really nice and even the location is really good , easy to explore with walking only ..

Loved the apartment. The amenities within the building is one of a kind, indoor pool, wet/dry sauna, and a sports bar, it was a visitor’s dream.

Great location near the downtown Armory area and restaurants. Beautifully renovated building…very comfortable and spacious apartment. Hotel-like amenities and service. Great communication.

We had a lovely long weekend stay at this secluded hide away with another family with kids. Will definitely try and get back!

We feel so lucky to stay in this home and meet them! Powered Sofas are great and we are planning to buy the same sofas to our home! SAMSUNG 84" 4K TV and SONOS sound system! Smart TV in every room! Great Basement with a great GYM, great Washer and great Dryer! Lots of complimentary! And the SAUNA! It was great! LOCATION is also great and safe. Great Parking Space. Easy Check-in & Check-Out! Wonderful and speed WIFI! Dedicated Powered Working Station! Comfortable Mattresses! Bunch of Kitchen Stuff, Lots of quality Soaps and Shampoos! And Their friendship was also awesome! Caryn's cabin was a cozy, comfortable stay perfect for our family of 4. We spent a week over the New Year holiday at this very well-stocked and appointed home. Every detail was considered in making this a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and utensils a home cook would want, to the very nice linens, blankets and bathroom amenities. There was plenty in the house for our needs and we didn't feel anything was missing at all. Sleeping arrangements were also very comfortable, the house was perfect temperature and easy to adjust to our needs and we enjoyed using the Sauna after a full day on the mountain. Everything in the cabin was quality and it made our stay a real joy. The location was perfect as we planned to spend our days skiing at Greek Peak, and it's just a short drive to supermarkets and Cortland. Caryn and Chris were both very responsive and helpful in every way possible and beyond welcoming. Overall 5 star experience highly recommend!

We stayed at James’ place recently for a much needed family weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was outstanding and we all especially enjoyed the fun basement amenities and the sauna. Everything was exactly as we expected based on James’ listing and James was super responsive whenever we needed to reach out to him. We look forward to returning another time!

Patrick is a phenomal host and was super communicative in getting everything for us going, the barn was such a beautiful place to ring in the new year, we are so grateful to have spent it on the property and we look forward to staying with Patrick again
