Our beautiful Swedish house, affectionately called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and with grandparents but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas EG/DG with 1 bathroom each are suitable for this. It is quietly located in a holiday home settlement, surrounded by birch trees, traffic-calmed. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly makes you forget about everyday life and holiday atmosphere. Sun loungers and outdoor seating area let you enjoy the sun.

In 10 Minuten bist du zu Fuß am idyllischen Strand des Peenestroms, mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten am Ostseestrand der Insel Usedom, in 30 Minuten in Greifswald. Aber natürlich gibt es in Wolgast auch einiges zu entdecken. Zu Fuß oder mit unseren Stadträdern, die du kostenlos nutzen kannst.

Old town romance in Uzedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the Wolgaster Altstadt is happy about your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are in walking distance. A free parking space for smaller cars (quite tight, up to the size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (staging baths, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot the old harbor with museum ship, fish cart, canoe station, shipyard, ship moorings, boat rental and a boat equipment. Bicycle workshop, pharmacy and post office in the old town.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed,which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and the TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxed evenings. Sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Apartment 1 with fireplace "Am Zecheriner Hafen"

Our half-timbered house is located directly at the Zecheriner Hafen. We, Martina and Enrico live on the ground floor. Under the thatched roof, with a wonderful view of the Peenestrom, we have furnished 2 cozy apartments for our guests. A small pretty garden awaits you in front of the door. Few more steps, Enrico's harbor. Originally used by fishermen, he now attracts anglers and nature lovers.
