idyllic house on the Lower Rhine in Kevelaer

The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with large kitchen-living room, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a seating area with BBQ and parking spaces for bicycles. We use it as a passage to our apartment. It is 50 meters to the supermarket, to the pedestrian zone 500 meters, to the train station 1.4 km. Families are welcome with us. The house has baby gates at the stairs. Attention the stairs are steep. I speak English, a little French, and my husband a little Dutch

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Cozy stay for 2 guests in a castle farm in a beautiful area. The castle farm is part of a historical outdoor area. The accommodation has its own entrance, a hall with a toilet, a living room / kitchen and on the upper floor a bedroom with a luxury bed and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. With this special accommodation, all the main points of contact are close by. The quiet neighborhood is located in the middle of the old town of Mönchengladbach . Everything is within walking distance. Gastronomy, cinema, shopping....only a few minutes' walk away. Bus stops, banks, the train station is right nearby. Soccer games and concerts take place only 3 km away. Just a few minutes by car to the highways to Düsseldorf, Cologne, Krefeld, Roermond, Venlo.

My 2 rooms in the attic ( 2nd floor) is centrally located in a very quiet residential area. The metro is only a few minutes' walk away. From there, you can get to the following places very quickly: - Old town & downtown 9 min. - Königsallee 8 min - Central Station 5 min - Messe Düsseldorf 29 min (1 time change) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, Mc Fit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (about 400m) and within walking distance.
