We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and the equipment of kitchen utensils sufficiently available. The location is just wonderfully quiet, to relax. We recommend a trip to the island of Hiddensee, the ferry runs from Schaprode. Worth seeing if you are by car, the Skywalk am Königsstuhl followed by a visit to the 'Kleine Försterei', Cape Akona, a visit to the 'Büchezirkus' in Binz and of course the beautiful bathrooms. Great vacation rental right on Cape Arkona. Many excursion destinations within easy reach. Well-equipped kitchen, large bright rooms. The sound of the sea is audible. Great starry sky visible at night. Unfortunately no aurora lights. Quick shopping. Unfortunately, too few e-charging stations in the area.

Modern furnished apartment with great amenities as well as good connections to all public transport..also supermarkets,etc. could be reached in a timely manner.👍🏽

The place was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet, friendly staff and guests.

It was an extremely successful turn of the year for us. For us, it was the first booking on Airbnb and we were surprised by so much consistency. We were received in a very friendly manner. The place was great, highly recommend it. There is everything you need. There weren't long distances. The beach was 10 minutes walking distance walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Apartment is centrally located in Sellin, so you can quickly get to the pier and beach. The apartment is well equipped and can be used well as an exit point for exploration. Very friendly hostess.

We spent 4 days in the apartment and were very satisfied with the location and amenities. In a few minutes you can reach the market square with many nice cafes and restaurants. It is not far from the harbor and is highly recommended. Thank you for the great time!

The apartment was cozy and comfortable for two people. It is close to the Jasmund National park and the beach, it’s a great stay for any hiking trails through the national park. It was a great stay!

It was wonderful to be in Monika's place for a few days. By car, you could easily reach Selin, Putbus or Binz. We had a wonderful view of the crane crawl.

The apartment we liked very much. We booked the parking space in the underground garage, highly recommended. Bicycle parking available. The apartment is located on the ground floor directly overlooking the ocean and lake promenade. Renting a beach chair is certainly also recommended during high season.

Top location, quite new apartment with current amenities. The bakery can be reached in a few steps, it is only a few meters to the pier Sellin and the third shuttle bus leaves almost right outside the front door. Within less than 100 m, almost all restaurants of the place are within walking distance. In the house it is very quiet and the underground parking is very practical for those who arrive by car and want to know it safely stored for the time of the stay. You can have a good breakfast on the balcony, even though the view 'goes out to the back'. Tip: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with wellness bathtub) - for two people actually much too big. We (2 people) booked very spontaneously and were very happy to have found such a beautiful place for our vacation at such short notice. We will be happy to come back!

We are always happy to be on the Baltic Sea over New Year's Eve, every time somewhere else. We liked Sellin and also the apartment very much. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The pier and the beach are within minutes walking distance. Were also in the fish restaurant Skipper, is highly recommended.

I enjoyed the stay very much, everything went smoothly and the apartment was very cozy.

We stayed at the place for 4 days and we didn't miss anything. The place is super central in Binz. Everything was very clean and the equipment of the kitchen (incl. Dishwasher and microwave) a dream that we experience in very few apartments. Hosts are very kind and flexible. We had requested a crib and not only got that, but also a cute children's towel, children's cutlery and a high chair. This is just a great service. Definitely recommend!

Everything was as described. The check in was smooth with key box. We were even able to get in a little early by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We were actually just missing the toaster in the kitchen, and the bed was too hard for me and my wife. We will be happy to come back. We had a nice time.

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

We felt totally comfortable. The apartment is very quiet and yet you are in a few minutes on the promenade and on the wonderful beach. Absolutely recommended. The weather was great, so we could also use the cozy terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Aleksandra and Sebastian were totally nice and very helpful. An absolutely great apartment to relax and also in the cold season a great choice to go down. The sauna is a real highlight, as is the whole other part of the apartment. Very nice place to stay with tasteful decor and love for details - fresh flowers, fresh fruit basket and covered table. You feel right at home. The location is great, right in the center. Everything is within walking distance, bike can be rented. The city of Greifswald with harbor and historic buildings delighted us - worth a trip!
