My villa is located in front of the sea, on the Addaura Lungomare very close to Mondello (15 minutes walk-2 minutes by car or electric bicycle). The house has outdoor spaces for exclusive use, a comfortable terrace with loggia with beautiful sea view. A shared space with garden, lawn, solarium, and barbecue. You can comfortably park outside or inside in a private space. I live upstairs for any need.
