Salvatore was a very kind , responsive and helpful host. He seemed genuinely concerned about our enjoyment and well being and was very helpful when we needed help solving a medical issue. His place was very clean and comfortable. The location was great because it was quiet and peaceful but very close to restaurants and shopping. The view from the harbour is stunning.

This was one of the best experiences that I have had from an Airbnb. Both Antonio and his family made us all feel at home, they went above and beyond all of the amenities and the hospitality was incredible. As a Sicilian myself, it was so nice to feel the warmth of family with Antonella and Antonio. I thank you all for taking care of our family. We even experienced Etna Lava spill. We had a great experience and would recommend 10/10 for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Property has absolutely delightful outside space and the master bedroom is fantastic. The kitchen is very well equipped. The check in instructions could be clearer on the listing, and the address took us to the next road, but Roberta was a delight to deal with and quickly put us right - they could enhance the check in instructions because until they messaged, we weren’t clear quite what we were doing. The second and third bedrooms are fine and comfortable, but not all that big, with a toilet upstairs but the shower for those two downstairs. The pool, outdoor furniture etc are amazing, as are the views. They had a very helpful tour/taxi organiser who they put us in touch with, who sorted out wine tastings, taxis and boat trips for us, all of very good quality and not overly expensive for what you got. Thank you.

Very friendly personal welcome by Peppe. Good introduction to the circumstances. The prompt responses were made to requests. Barbecue and towel change done immediately. Hot tub is in the bedroom. Outdoor pool around the house, which we did not use due to the weather conditions. Parking space for the car in the yard with electric. Gate. We saw Angela briefly to welcome you. The further contact was via Peppe, who also lived there. The only negative was that Peppe only spoke Italian and that there was no wardrobe in our bedroom. However, we were able to use the closet in the second bedroom. We would recommend the place without hesitation.

First off I will echo the other reviews and state: do not underestimate the drive down the hill to the house, communicate with Tina about it well before booking! That out of the way, this is one of the most spectacular air bnbs I've ever been to. The place has all you need and is very well done in terms of the facilities, water installations etc.; the SETTING & outdoor area, however, is outstanding: very private, lying at a hill in serene quietness. radiant days in absolute peace (barely any car noise even making it down the hill), a sunset that might move you to tears, followed by a night of stars that humbled us deeply. Fascinating nature around to explore in hikes if you're into it! We cherished the time here so much - thank you Tina for your warm and considerate presence, we wish you only the best :)

Had a wonderful time at Francesco's place! He and Giovanna were very welcoming and generous hosts, sharing local recommendations and even some home made wine! The pool was the perfect spot to cool off after a hot day and the house was well placed for excursions to Etna. Thank you both for a delightful stay !

The apartment is beautiful, very well-kept, set in a beautiful setting, the view of the sea and the Aeolian Islands, spectacular sunset! Beaches both free and equipped within walking distance. Claudia was really very kind in giving us directions to get there, welcoming us and giving us valuable information about the surroundings. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!
