Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monroe County

I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

Dwight’s place was exactly what we needed. A nice respite after a long day and beyond peaceful. It was the small touches that made a huge difference. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

An out-of-town friend and I stayed at the Mill for two nights and we could not have been happier with the accommodation. First and foremost, Joan is an amazing host. She is thoughtful, respectful of your privacy, but always available to answer questions. She lives on the lower level of the beautiful old Mill and happily showed us her home. Second, the rental apartment on the upper level was incredible. It is filled with history, charming decor and picturesque views. Everything about the apartment invites you to relax, unwind, forget your worries and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. My friend was in town to say good-bye to an old friend who is very ill, and she said that the stay at the Mill was a gift that helped her to put that sadness in perspective. Thank you so much Joan for providing such a lovely apartment to rent.

This was my second time staying at one of Jenn’s properties and it did not disappoint. It is exactly like the photos, instructions were clear, and she was very responsive. Neighborhood was very nice and the best was super comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location clean place and great service

I’ve stayed here before while working locums at nearby Strong Hospital. The location is wonderful… short drive to work, restaurants near the URMC campus as well as downtown, and very roomy. There are 2 bedrooms but I stayed here as a single because it was so nice and therefore worth it to me. The driveway was always cleaned of snow which was nice as I’ve stayed at other places where I had to shovel. John was very responsive to messages, often replying within just a handful of minutes. When the batteries on the remote were breathing their last breath one day before the Super Bowl lol, he dropped off new batteries in time for it to not be an issue. Would stay again for sure.

Hands down the best AirBnB experience we have ever had! Hanna went above and beyond to have every need met before we even knew we might need it. The unit was well stocked with every amenity you could hope for, including a snow brush for our vehicle! She shoveled the sidewalk and driveway every day to ensure we got in and out with exceptional ease during a snowy stay. She is so kind and friendly also! I cannot say enough about how cool and cozy this unit was! Such an awesome place, stay and host!

We had an amazing time at Nicole's lovely house! It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. I wish my own house was like this!

This was a great place to stay! Christina’s house was very spread out and comfortable. It was easy to find and she was flexible with our check in which made the experience ever so better. There was a lot of space in her home and it was in a great location to visit Rochester! You can tell that there was so much work done to make this house feel like home and the design was beautiful and admirable. It was a pleasure to stay in Christina’s home, thanks again!!

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Noel’s place. It was super clean and comfortable. I enjoyed walking to the lake and watching the GIANT squirrels in the backyard. The Wi-Fi was out when we visited, but Noel took care of us! Can’t wait to return in the summer!

It was just what was advertised. Nice area and would definitely rent again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staying at Rickey's Airbnb felt just like home! From the moment we arrived, Rickey was extremely responsive and accommodating. He truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. One of the highlights was when he brought us a box full of extra toilet paper, paper towels, and additional toiletries after about two weeks. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our long stay even more comfortable. The space was cozy and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Rickey’s place for anyone looking for a warm and inviting stay. You won’t be disappointed!

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .

Had YMCA swim championships, it was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Close to the pool and restaurants. The home is a cute 2 bedroom with everything one would need. The area is quiet and the home cozy. Plenty of racks to hang towels, coats etc. Would stay here again! Thank you! Just perfect in every way.

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

I highly recommend Elizabeth's place. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of Blue Cross Arena. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Elizabeth was responsive and we loved her place. we would definitely stay here again!
