Welcome to Lakeside Retreat. This house is the perfect vacation home on the lake. It is in the best location, on Lake Darbone. The floating dock gives you the best view and best fishing time. Dock has 2 boat lifts that will fit ski, bass boats and pontoons. Will not fit Tritoons! Fish cleaning station with fresh water. The property has a private boat launch. It is a home away from home, that will give you beautiful views and peaceful nights. 4 smart tvs. FYI: Water is back up to pool stage now

The Holliday House- A cheerful 2 bedroom house.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

Get Away is excellent for work crews, fisherman or families that need a quiet place to stay for several nights. G. A. has 3 bdrms, 4 beds, 1queen, 1 full, & 2 twins. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with additional parking next door. Enjoy your coffee in the a.m. and a strong beverage in the p.m. on the spacious deck as you prepare a meal on the grill. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Fully furnished and well stocked. Comfortable full size bed in bedroom. Pull out sofa bed in living room. Private area with grill and fire pit. This is well built tiny home with heat/air, washer dryer, vaulted ceilings and satellite TV. There are other units in relatively close proximity. Some are long term rentals and some short term. You will have your own private cooking and hang out area. I do own all the properties in the area and require neighbors to show mutual respect.
