We had a pleasant weekend in this house spacious enough for 6. Easy parking, cleanliness , TV in each room, are assets for this listing. Given the season we were not able to enjoy the outdoors, but the terrace offers a very nice view, we hope to be able to come back to enjoy it

We had a pleasant stay in a safe harbor in the city center. Access to public transport very close. Reymond is a very attentive host for his tenants thank you to him. I warmly recommend this place.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Great house with everything provided what you need. Vincent was a great host. He showed us the house and responded quickly to my questions. the private area us huge and we really enjoyed our stay!

Spacious house (at 13, we didn't walk on our feet). Well equipped. Well located for the lake and mountain. In rainy weather the kids enjoyed ping pong and foosball.

The place was clean, as advertised and the host was super responsive and very kind. The view from the home is amazing very peaceful with the outside. There's even a room overlooking the lake! Small downside to soundproofing. Since it's terraced houses with that of the owner in some rooms we could hear crying, children ... Despite the shared ownership, the owners are very discreet which is very appreciated! But other than that we had a great time! I recommend it.

We were immediately overwhelmed by the great location and the view! In front of the vineyards, then the lake and the mountains behind. In good weather you can even see Mont Blanc! Huguette and her husband Manuel were very nice and helpful. We can imagine coming back sometime in the summer if you can use the terrace and the good pool!

We had a great stay in Arvière-en-Valromey in Sarah and Claude's cottage to celebrate my in-laws' 60th birthday, surrounded by the whole family: children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren! The cottage was ideal to accommodate everyone: spacious, warm and very well-equipped. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, perfect for getting together and creating beautiful memories. We had a great time at this villa! As a couple with two friends and our 3-year-old, we stayed 5 days from the end of December to the beginning of January. The accommodation is ideal for living together without getting in the way thanks to the good insulation and the location of the 4 bedrooms. Extremely well-equipped, it has everything you can look for: many appliances, beautiful bright living space with a magnificent view of Lake Annecy, and mountains visible from the roof windows. The decoration is neat, each room is well thought out and comfortable to stay in. Well located, 30 minutes from La Clusaz and remarkable sites like Montmin, the villa offers calm and serenity, perfect for relaxing. We did not try the pool in winter but hope to return to sunny days to fully enjoy it. In short, a superb address, comfortable and with breathtaking views, which we warmly recommend to everyone!

We had a wonderful family stay (12 people) at this beautiful residence in Pont-de-Beauvoisin. The setting is absolutely idyllic: spacious, wooded, and very well furnished, everything is designed for comfort and practicality. The property is of great beauty and invites you to relax. Brigitte is particularly friendly and attentive host, which greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental for memorable moments for families or groups of friends!

Super subdivision with a beautiful view and all the necessary amenities to have a good time with family. The place is even better than the pictures! We found it easily and were greeted with a pre-heated wood fire, which made the experience even better.

This place is as described, unfortunately weather was not kind to us but we still used the outdoor kitchen for bbqs. Perfect space and everywhere we wanted to visit was convenient straight onto fast roads. Perfect thank you Ivan

Our family weekend went very well. We were greeted by Max at the time we had agreed. He was able to give us the necessary instructions for the smooth running of our stay. Our granddaughters were able to spend a beautiful morning at Domaine des Fauves, close to the house and we ended our little getaway with a picnic by Lake Aiguebelette for everyone's enjoyment. Thanks to Max for hosting us and for the promptness to answer our questions.
