Fully equipped kitchen: induction hobs, oven/microwave combination, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker & Dolce-Gusto coffee machine. Toilet area with shower. Separate toilet. Dressing room and storage. You can enjoy the garden where table and chairs are arranged. Located very close to the city center and 5 minutes from the train station. Parking in front of the house.

Perfect accommodation for couples, family and furry companions. INDIVIDUAL sauna 90x90 infrared in bathroom, 80x80 shower. It is equipped with a harmonizer (German process) for excellent quality water, and electricity. Bed 140 X 190 + BZ 140 X 190. Only coastal village not crossed by an RN so very quiet. Strike and sail floats 50m away.
